I am rejecting this response because: This is the same offer we have rejected in the past as we do not find it to be fair given the email stating Alliance Furnishings had already ordered a new table to be sent to us free of chargeThis obviously was a lie

***, After reviewing your order it does appear that there is an issue with the delivery company They picked it up at warehouse on 04/ They are stating that they do not have it However, they signed for it We are indeed looking into it and will let you know
something as soon as we here back from them. In addition, we always ask our customers to contact they delivery company This is the best way for communication for the delivery We do it on your behalf if you are unable to This is noted in our Terms and Policies. In response to the "fake reviews" We would never and could never do that That is a service from that company We are not allowed to do anything with good or bad reviews Especially posting reviews on our behalf That is not possible. As per our conversation a refund was provided We did this without having the furniture being picked up first which is normally what happens We are working with the shipping company to pick up and return They have stated that they will continue to reach out to customer for pick

I am rejecting this response because: We did not contest the full amount of the purchase, eBay didSince Alliance Furnishings initiated the eBay billing (without indicating at the time of purchase) , we could not initiate a disputeTherefore eBay initiated a dispute on our behalfeBay has a poor claim system in that if they initiate the claim, we are not able to add our evidenceThis is why eBay ruled on behalf of Alliance FurnishingsIt would be ridiculous for us to send back a table, in good faith, to a company that has continuously lied to us about the status of parts or products they have allegedly sent to us, and pray that they actually send us a new oneThey have proven themselves not trustworthyTherefore we stand firm on our original request of a 75% refund of the item costAgain, Alliance Furnishings last email states that they have already ordered a new table free of charge and shipping will take 1-weeksThat was March! If this is not a lie, then I don't know what Alliance Furnishings believes constitutes a lie

We have no problem sending the leg. We will get it on the way. However, we have no email or communication with this customer other than their order. We will need to know which leg? We will help any way we can. Please email pictures to [email protected]

Linda, Thank you for reaching out to us about this. The customer is correct. We only offer this item in sets of two. In this situation we offered the customer a discounted rate for the forth piece. In addition we always encourage our customers to review our terms
and policies. We have a policy about quantities. It simply lets customers know that we will notify them if item is in a set. Since we help each customer as needed we felt it would be a great option to discount the forth chair for them. They chose not to do that so we offered them a full refund if they preferred. Please let us know if you have any other questions. Our policy is provided.Quantities - Cartons Most items are sold per piece Example: Sofa. Some items may be in quantities of two. Example: Lamps In that case you would need to order 2. Of those we will let you know if you ordered in error. If so you can choose to receive a refund or order the correct amount. In order to make this right we have the options provided
1. Work with Manufacturer to ship the piece that you need. They don't offer it as a part to send. We will work diligently with them to send to us then ship to you
2. You ship item back. Will need to be it the same condition as is. All pieces good and working except the piece you need. We will then not charge you a restocking fee and give you 100% of your money back for the item. $
3. We do not want you to keep the item as is. We prefer you take the part or get a full refund. However it is your choice. If you chose to keep it as is we will gladly offer the $

I am rejecting this response because nowhere on the product pages in question on their website does it state that chairs must be ordered in quantities of I've attached screen captures of the Spec sheet of one of the products, in which it shows the Shipping Dimensions Note that the shipping dimensions are for chair, not I was told by the associate that called me that these chairs come boxed in sets of I've also attached a screen capture of the shopping cart from their website in which you are allowed to select any quantity you like of these chairs Also not that it does not mention that these must be purchased in sets of Lastly, I've attached a screen capture of the email receipt I received, in which the order went through and was accepted, as was my money And I did not request a refund, but rather was told that I would be getting a refund shortly I requested that the order be filled as it was placed The associate on the phone refused to put me in touch with anyone else who could help solve the issue I just want the products that I ordered delivered as promised.

Linda, Thank you for reaching out to us. We try to help every customer at all times. In response to this customer there are a few things we want to address and try to resolve. We indicate to all customers our delivery times when they order there product. They receive an
email about there order. There are places on our site that indicate it can take any where from 1-weeks to deliver. This is next to the item you would like to purchase. On check out. Also, in our terms and conditions. It is also stated that we never replied or contacted the customer. We show that we communicated with *** on several occasions through email. With the delivery company as well. We do not track phone calls but we can assue you if someone calls we help. The tracking number was provided. We indicate to the customer that they have to be present to sign for this. Their shipment lasted more weeks due to them not being able to meet during business hours. They are also asked to inspect the product when it comes in. As she indicated she didn't inspect the product. We ask them to do this so we can make sure that their product is delivered by the shipping company properly. If it is not we make the shipping company responsible for it. We work with shipping companies on a daily basis. At no point would a shipping company not know what to do. I am unsure why the customer would state that we have a non working number. There have never been any issues. Also, we work with Google. Therefor our inbox would not be full. PayPal indicated to us that we were not at fault due to the customer signing and indicating that they inspected the box. PayPal then asked them to return to us. At that point we would refund the customer. This was our choice. Not PayPal's. We wanted to help the customer by getting them some of their money back. All of this is in response to the customers claim. We help customers on a daily basis. Some are hard to please. Some are very easy. Some don't understand the process of larger items online. We do everything we can to let them know what to expect. We are noted to have great customer service. We want to keep it that way. With that we will refund *** her full amount. She is welcome to keep or throw away they bed that she received from us. We hope we have answered any and all questions that you may have. God Bless,Alliance
