Review: I recently found out I had an owed collection which was filed in 2013, I had never received information about this until I just got denied for an apartment. In 2012 I lived at crescent ridge property in Tucson, AZ. My ex and I had a 7 month lease, April 2012-Nov 2012, I left in October and my ex stayed in the apartment, he forgot to give a 30 day notice which left him on a month to month base. He gave the property a 30day notice late November, paid the extra month they were asking and moved out in December. The charges against us is for breaking the lease which is in the amount of $812 plus accumulation fees/cleaning fees, which equal out to $970. The charges against us state we had a year long lease and we moved out in Feb 2013 which would be breaking the lease by a couple months. I have a copy of our signed lease, as noted before it clearly states it is a 7month lease and no longer, they do not have anything signed and stated as a year lease. I have contacted allison shelton real estate as well as the debt collection agency and they keep giving me false charges.Desired Settlement: I would like to see this vanished from my credit report and not become reactivated, I have a husband and two children who need a roof over their head, which we cannot provide due to the fact I keep getting denied for a home. I do not owe this company anything.

Spoke with [redacted] on Wednesday March 26th regarding her complaint. Explained to her per the site lease file notes, that She and her husband [redacted] did not give proper written notice to vacate as stated per their lease agreement and did not pay thru that notice. Ms. [redacted] stated that she did give written notice to the property and would need to talk with [redacted] and send me a copy of their notice and proof of payment. I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint. For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.I have documents of what I am getting charged for which I am happy to attach to this email for you to look over. You will see that I am being charged for breaking my lease, which is printed on the "Move out Work Sheet" as 04/2012-04/2013. However I do have a copy of my signed lease agreement (attached to this email) that my lease duration is from 04/2012-11/2012. I am seeking to get this false charge off of my credit, and to not pay for it. I am NOT going to charge them for the application fees that I paid for and got denied due to this false debt collection, as long as it can be taken off indefinitely.Regards,[redacted]

I am currently in communication with [redacted] in regards to her outstanding balance due. The copy of the lease that has been supplied is correct and is not in question. [redacted] signed a 7 month lease which expired on 11/30, but the office staff did not receive the required written 30 day notice to vacate prior to the end of the lease of 11/30/12. She is working with her husband on retrieving a copy of the completed notice to vacate form she states was submitted back to the leasing office in late November/early December.[redacted]Regional Portfolio Director

They will not return calls, not even [redacted].
They have people come into your place to fix things but end up breaking your personal property & they refuse to fix or replace your broken items telling you that it's your problem they never touched it.
The off ice staff I'd very disrespectful.

WAS WITHOUT HOT WATER FOR OVER 5 DAYS MANAGEMENT TEAM VERY UNREPONSIVE AND RUDE STILL DEALING WITH ISSUE.
