This company was incredibly unprofessional and unhelpful with my concerns over the last 2-weeksI ordered a pack of Nexgard Flea and Tick Medication and received a package with medication, but not brand new in the box, just the row of tablets loose with the expiration on itThey were still in the peel-away pill packaging, but taken out of a boxI only buy medication like this when it is in an unopened boxHow am I to know that it didn't come from a batch that someone returned due to a reaction to the medication? I expressed my concerns that I wasn't confident that my product came from a brand new boxWhy didn't I receive the actual product brand new in box with instructions and everything? Isn't that the legal way to sell medication? I called the business on a Friday and was on hold for minutesAt the end of that minutes I was automatically asked to leave a voicemail, which was a complete waste of my timeI then emailed the company after receiving no response within at least daysA week later I got an email back apologizing that they were closed that Friday due to a family emergencyThey chose to leave their phones on and let customers waste minutes of their timeI expressed my concern and have tried calling and emailing numerous times and no one responds to voicemails or calls nor cares about my concernsI will never be shopping with this business again and I'm not sure if they are selling the products according to laws by not including the product new in boxI spent $with them and not one person cared to help me

Fraudulent AutoShip Charges I received charges on my [redacted] card for a prescription that Allivet has fraudulently charged my account The documentation from Allivet that [redacted] sent me simply states that the medications are not returnable What medications? I did not receive medications, but was charged for them Furthermore, according to Allivet, if I had the prescriptions they could not be returned I have proof that I cancelled/voided any or all products from Allivet I have documentation that Allivet was not authorized to ship any prescriptionsWithout my approval, In 2016, Allivet used my vet, my home address, and my credit card from an earlier order from Allivet's claim is that the address and card number matched, of course they matched Since 2015, I have not moved and I still use the same [redacted] card, but I never received any product Nevertheless, Allivet used my information from a previous order from and "auto shipped" nothing but fraudulent

Excellent customer service I made an error once while ordering on line A customer service rep promptly called me for clarification Very professional Very pleased with the service I get

For the most part, I am very pleased with Allivet The prices beat those of my vetsometime by quite a bit The orders get to me fairly quickly after I have placed them My one complaint is that it isn't the easiest website to navigate, but I always get where I want to go eventually

I have been using Allivet for a few years now and there have never been any problems The processing/shipping time is slow, but as long as I order my dog's medication before she runs out, it is ok My last order is the first time anything out of the ordinary happened I received what I thought was my order, but ended up with another dog's medication I immediately called Allivet and they submitted a new order (which I still haven't received) with priority shipping They were to send me an email with a return label for the incorrect meds, which I never received until I called back a few days later Other than slow processing and shipping, Allivet is a decent business

NO RESPONSE FROM CUSTOMER SERVICE PHONE OR EMAIL OVER SEVERAL DAYS RE ORDER FOR RX FOR MY PET I placed online order #XXXXXXX X/21/for Rx: tabs enrofloxacin for our pet 'Juno Troise' As required, I sent the original vet Rx dtd 3/21/via USPS priority mailit was delivered Friday, 3/24/11:AM to front desk/reception I became concerned when I received email 3/25/that this order was on 'Rx Hold', because the Rx had been received 3/24, the day before I am in urgent need of this med, and began follow up Monday, 3/27/17, first via calls to cust svc XXX-XXX-XXXX I waited on hold over minutes, finally got a recorded message to 'leave a messagewe will call you back' followed immediately by 'the mailbox is full', so no message could be left I made several additional calls over days with the same result (that is, NO RESULT) I tried to talk with someone in pharmacy dept, who hung up on me I also sent several emails from 3/27/to 3/29/with no resul

HORRIBLE!!! NEVER USE THIS COMPANY! There is a reason that their prices are lower, they are running a scam I placed my first order with them on 10/and sent the original script for my cat to them I NEVER received the order! I called today 10/23/and was told it was delivered last Saturday, which it was Not! I was asked to ask my neighbors! The tracking said it was delivered in the CITY THAT I LiVE IN, but not my address!
