advertised productShipped item without label as I don't believe they can dispense the item without a veterinary prescription Ordered product online It was shipped to me without a label - I have no idea what was shipped to me as there were no markings at all on the sealed container I called to inquire and return the product I was told the pharmacist cannot send the label on the product unless there is a veterinary prescription called in So, that means it probably shouldn't be dispensed I returned the product without opening it - I'm not going to give my dog something that I don't know what it is After phones calls with their customer service they gave me a return option and I shipped the product back to them They returned my money but not the shipping fee The next month a 2nd shipment was sent to me This time I didn't even open the shipped package, just called them and told them I didn't place the order (they put me on an auto ship without asking or tellin

Allivet has saved me 1/on medicine for my Cat Gigantor He is dying from cancer and these drugs are all that keeps him alive They were costing me $a month at the Vet After the first order it is a very easy process to order more As I do not know how long Gigantor will keep eating with his cancer issues I am hesitant to order large quanities at once But Gigantor has stayed with us for six months longer than expected with these drugs keeping him feeling ok enough to keep on eating and perring

I am on my 2nd order with Allivet. For me the process has been seamless. I have two dogs: one with cancer and the others with bad arthritis in the hips. We love our vet, and therefore drive a long way for our visits. I now save money, BIG POSITIVE, but also SAVE TIME. I put the meds on autoship, and have one less thing to think about. My vet recently changed my dogs arthritis meds and all I had to do was go into my account, press an X to cancel auto ship and put new meds in. To get new prescription to alivet I just check the box to mark contact my vet. In my very first order I put in vets onfo. I am a real customer. Why did I write such a long comment, because their service is good. Many people take time to complain most don't have time to give compliments. I took the time today.
