Terrible experience. Please do not use this company. 12 phone calls later to [redacted], the situation is still not resolved. How difficult is it to get items returned that are supposed to be chewable and they are rock hard? It has wasted much of my time and it is not worth it. They didn't even send me the return label they promised. PITIFUL! They never sent the replacement, ever!!

HORRIBLE!!! NEVER USE THIS COMPANY! There is a reason that their prices are lower, they are running a scam. I placed my first order with them on 10/16 and sent the original script for my cat to them. I NEVER received the order! I called today 10/23/14 and was told it was delivered last Saturday, which it was Not! I was asked to ask my neighbors! The tracking said it was delivered in the CITY THAT I LiVE IN, but not my address! I waited on hold 20 minutes for a supervisor named [redacted] that tols me it was NOT THEIR PROBLEM!! THEY EXPECT ME TO LOSE $75.00 AND THE SCRIPT FOR MY CAT!! UNREAL! I now had to dispute the fadulent charge with my bank and will tell EVERYONE I KNOW to NEVER EVER SHOP WITH THEM! SHAMEFUL!!!

I have used Allivet several times (and spent thousands of dollars!) and have typically found their pricing to be competitive and the service good PROVIDED I call and speak to one of the service managers. I was not able to so this order and the service was terrible and the level of disconnect so high I had to call several times to connect the dots. As a direct result of Allivet's flawed process, life support meds that my dog needed were delayed even with me connecting the dots and if I had not spent all that time calling, it would have been far worse. Expedited shipping would not have addressed the upfront issues and confusion. My suggestion is to call the service # directly (XXX-XXX-XXXX) and ask to speak with either [redacted] or [redacted] to ensure that your order is completed on a timely basis, especially if it is critical that you have it sooner.

Highly recommend Allivet pharmacy. Have always received professional assistance from their customer assistance worker, [redacted] Very happy buying my dogs meds from Allivet.

They were all very nice, friendly and a pleasure to speak with.
They handled the problem with my vet in a very professional manner.

Shipping was also very very fast.

I will be buying more from Allivet in the future.

I just happened to find them on the internet and I am happy that I did.

Although my dog was on medicine purchased through Allivet to prevent heartworms, she still got heartworms. After a lot of time and effort, Allivet did refund the amount paid for the medicine but it cost me a lot more for the treatment afterwards. Their medicine was defective. Do yourself a favor and purchase medicine directly from your vet. I tried to save $30 for a 6 month supply and now I'm paying for it.
