Hello.,I have not been contacted by the dealership about car repairs or rental reimbursement All I continue to receive are post cards offering me to tramy vehicle in which I cannot do at the time for financial reason.Attached is a copy of the car repairs paid out of pocket on 9/24/ I was advised by [redacted] that it was ok to take it to a local dealership ti be covered under my extended warranty When I called [redacted] and advised him the parts were not covered, I was advised if I would have brought it to Transitowne these parts would have been covered- yet he advised me I can take it anywhere.Also attached is a copy of the car rental invoice in which as courtesy was to be paid for since I have taken my car back over times for repairs.At this point I am asking if not all can be paid, to at least reimburse half of each receipt.Please let me know if you have anymore questions are need more details.Sincerely, [redacted]

He was just part of a much bigger problem Their statement that the financing was explained to us accurately is a total and complete lie! Over and over again we were told by the salesman and the finance manager we had numerous institutions from which to choose from regarding our financing optionsAgain not trueThe sales manager was totally useless and should have addressed this when it blew up on them in the show roomAs far as we are concerned they are completely fraudulent in their business practices and even after all this was exposed they are unable to admit faultWe also found out we were one of the "lucky" customers charged $for a tank of gasThe Attorney General of NY has fined them for this and they are allegedly sending refunds to everybody they took advantage of with this For the Revdex.com to still have this business receiving a positive rating is not rightThey will be waiting for their next victim to take advantage of and screw out of their hard earned money as well Regards, [redacted] ***

Good morning, A few weeks ago I filed a claim against Transittowne Hyundai, reference number [redacted] I have since worked with the business and was hoping to retract my initial claim Thank you, [redacted]

Dear [redacted] , Miss [redacted] and I have been in communication since early last week I arranged a service appointment with our Transitowne service facility, in Clarence, NY, to have Miss [redacted] 's concerns diagnosed on 8/4/ After a lengthy discussion with the technician performing the diagnosis, we determined the vehicle should be sent to our Transitowne Jeep dealership at Transit Rd, Williamsville, NY, for further diagnosis I was able to get Miss [redacted] an appointment at our Jeep service department two days later, August 6th As of today, the part needed to eliminate the noise coming from the rear of the vehicle arrived I arranged an appointment scheduled for August 11th at Transitowne Jeep for Miss [redacted] to return for repair of the rear toe link Any additional concerns will be addressed at that time I promised Miss [redacted] a full tank of gas to compensate for her inconvenience Please feel free to contact me if you have any questions concerning this complaint Thank you, [redacted] General Sales Manager

STILL at the $a month instead of dropping by half after months as promisedThey obviously did not read my entire original complaintTransitowne has NOT made any attempts to contact myself or my mother to resolve this complaintThe only contact I ever got was two emails after I submitted a credit application that was rejectedAt NO POINT EVER did I mention trading my car back in or acquiring a new one from themI want this loan paid in full by the dealership and a clean title sent to my addressIn no way, shape or form does a $12,car end up costing the purchaser over $27,000, especially since no vehicle was traded in towards this purchaseI am strongly considering legal action

The claim from the business Transitown is not correctThey provided me with the tires because they were in bad shape and the car was making a noiseThe same day of the purchase, the manager drove the care and agreedIn fact, when I took the car the tire place they sent me, they also agreed that the tires were very bad, and I am talking about a car "inspected"I told the manager that legally, those tires would not pass any NY State inspection and that's why the agree to replace the tiresI never agreed to exchange the tires for the dent repairThose are two separate issuesI have a receipt from them stating that they agree to repair itIn my second trip to the business another manager made a copy to follow up and stated that they will contact me and they never didThey keep saying the same thing again, that they will contact me and they won't.
I want to get this resolve but they should not offer things that they won't honor just to sell a car

*** and I both know there are more things being fixed It is now in Williamsville (after driving to minutes to Clarence for no apparent reason) and has been there since Monday 8/ They gave me a rental in the meantime and promise to reimburse me for gas and cover any warranty deductibles The issues that I listed in my claim and resolutions is as follows:
Scratches: Had the prominent scratches buffered out at a discounted rate at a local shop (the manager felt sorry for me) It was embarrassing
Oil change indicator: The sticker on my car says the oil was changed, but the still appeared Based on inspection at the local Jeep dealer, seems the oil has been changed and the light needed to be reset Hasn't came back on since
Gas cap: Was given the correct gas cap by Transitowne in Williamsville
Transmission, evap leak, and noise: these three issues are currently being looked at by Transitowne in Williamsville

See document attached, this has VERY DIFFERENT FIGURES. We did not ask for Mr. [redacted] to run the higher figure with 5 banks, actually, I have correspondence from him stating to go with this 2014 JEEP COMPASS deal when he inquired directly stating $1000 cash would be needed to make the deal work on the 2012 KIA SPORTAGE. Therefore him running my CBR as well as Lisa's CBR on Hard Inquiries knowing the value of the KIA SPORTAGE would not support the collateral on the amount he would ask for at ANY Financial institution. I even asked him to securing financing for the OTHER VEHICLE OR DROP THE 2012 KIA SPORTAGE PRICE BY $1000. I have email correspondence to this effect that he did not follow, but instead kept running hard inquiries to tarnish our scores.
