On Thursday October 2, 2014, after replying to your e-mail, the business contacted me and we scheduled an appointment for my car repair. On Saturday, October 4, 2014, they fixed the dent as they originally agreed upon previously and I am satisfied with the results.

1 am writing this letter In regards to to the recent Revdex.com complalnt from our customer [redacted] at Transitowne Resale Center In [redacted]. As It states In Ms [redacted] letter to you she transfered everything meaning Insurance and registration just as It was on her previous vehicle. Ms [redacted]...

registration and Insurance was In the name of [redacted] she supplied his drivers license which was scanned and checked for OFAC threw are Verant system.The DMV paperwork was signed by [redacted] according to the salesman they waited for him and while they were waiting the salesperson continued to prepare the vehicle for delivery. When he returned she explained he came In and signed the paperwork and left. lf this paperwork was signed by her it was not known by Transltowne. Therefore all the paperwork was processed according to the way the customer wanted.Next I would like to review the letter from her Insurance company that she states she had a lapse In Insurance. Transitowne has no responsibility for her lapse In Insurance which Is only the result of lack of payment not changing the registration the customer elected to change.The salesman has stated that the gas tank was full at the time,of delivery and the customer understood they would come back for a delivery wash due to time constraints of the customer not Transitowne. All keys and or fobs were transferred to the customer upon purchase of vehicle that were given to Transitowne at the time of our purchase. These are cosmetic Items that do not pertain to the running or driveablllty of the vehicle.Pertaining to the next Issue of the directionals not working which was brought to Transitownes attention a day after delivery. We had the service department look at the signals and based on what they said at first it was normal for the vehicle. Customer stated It Is still doing the same thing so we made and appt with [redacted] next door to us and had those items fixed and paid for by Transitowne. The directional was fixed prior to, the Better Business complaint Issued by the customer. The cosmetic Issues of scratches was not brought up for 3 weeks and are irrelivant as this is a used vehicle and any subsequent damage would have been Incurred by Ms [redacted].After leaving several messages we were able to communicate ,on 07·14·16 and had along discussion. In the interest of good will, I offered a compromise, which at this stage she has elected to discuss with her attorney. We await her communication on this. Miss [redacted] and I have been in communication since early last week.  I arranged a service appointment with our Transitowne service facility, in Clarence, NY, to have Miss [redacted]'s concerns diagnosed on 8/4/2014.  After a lengthy discussion with the technician...

performing the diagnosis, we determined the vehicle should be sent to our Transitowne Jeep dealership at 7408 Transit Rd, Williamsville, NY, for further diagnosis.  I was able to get Miss [redacted] an appointment at our Jeep service department two days later, August 6th.  As of today, the part needed to eliminate the noise coming from the rear of the vehicle arrived.  I arranged an appointment scheduled for August 11th at Transitowne Jeep for Miss [redacted] to return for repair of the rear toe link.  Any additional concerns will be addressed at that time.  I promised Miss [redacted] a full tank of gas to compensate for her inconvenience.

Chrysler Capital only because of the rebates for financing with Chrysler and no other banks.
The dinner certificate was mailed to customer.  Customer signed all documents & was explained all rebates & bank contract & payment rate and agreed to all fugures & payments with no problems.

Hello.,I have not been contacted by the dealership about car repairs or rental reimbursement.  All I continue to receive are post cards offering me to trade-in my vehicle in which I cannot do at the time for financial reason.Attached is a copy of the car repairs paid out of pocket on 9/24/2014.  I was advised by [redacted] that it was ok to take it to a local dealership ti be covered under my extended warranty.  When I called [redacted] and advised him the parts were not covered, I was advised if I would have brought it to Transitowne these parts would have been covered- yet he advised me I can take it anywhere.Also attached is a copy of the car rental invoice in which as courtesy was to be paid for since I have taken my car back over 5 times for repairs.At this point I am asking if not all can be paid, to at least reimburse half of each receipt.Please let me know if you have anymore questions are need more details.Sincerely,[redacted]

Im giving it a little time I still have a few drops of transmission fluid under my car but hoping its just spilled from filling,transitowne has gained my trust once again and hopefully we can move forward from here.

The matter of my credit report has still not been resolved. I talked with Hyundai finance at the beginning of August and they told me that they had sent the information to get my credit report corrected. They said my credit would be corrected by August 15th.As of todays date only one of the three credit reporting agencies  has partially corrected the account. All three agencies still show me having a balance of 1642.00 and two agencies still show the account has being past due as well as depressed credit scores. I have contacted Hyundai finance as well as all three credit reporting agencies once again to get this matter resolved. All this could have been avoided if transit Towne Hyundai dealership had done a competent job in the first place.

This letter is being written in regards to a complaint by a customer of ours [redacted] who purchased a 2008 Chevrolet HHR on 08/24/2015. As you can see by the repair orders done by a lndependant auto repair facility her Issues about the brakes were handled even though [redacted] told the...

customer the brakes were In good working order. In order to try to keep the customer happy Transitowne replaced the rear brakes for her.Previously to that Issue she had a Issue with a door lock actuator and we took care of that for her also at no charge to customer. As for the customers tire Issue the vehicle was Inspected and passed all New York State Safety and Emissions requirements at the time of sale.The customer took her vehicle to another repair facility 1 year later and discovered the sway bars were worn and needed replacement. Again at the time of sale these Items were fine and not In need of replacement, and were not mentioned by the customer till a year later.Lastly, the customer·called and asked to cancel her extended service contract so I explained she needed to come to the dealership and I needed to check the odometer and she needed to sign and odometer statement for the warranty company to. cancel. I checked the odometer and cancelled the contract with her sitting across from me and handed her a quote of cancellation. As to a check being Issued to her It was explained at the. ,time of cancellation that the funds would go to Wells Fargo here financial institution and come.off the principle of the loan amount. It was explained that she didnt get the money back and disagreed, however we are required to send the money to the financial institution.If you have any further questions please contact Transitowne. If what they are saying is true then why did they fire their salesman? He was just part of a much bigger problem.
Their statement that the financing was explained to us accurately is a total and complete lie! Over and over again we were told by the salesman and the finance manager we had numerous institutions from which to choose from regarding our financing options. Again not true. The sales manager was totally useless and should have addressed this when it blew up on them in the show room. As far as we are concerned they are completely fraudulent in their business practices and even after all this was exposed they are unable to admit fault. We also found out we were one of the "lucky" customers charged $65 for a tank of gas. The Attorney General of NY has fined them for this and they are allegedly sending refunds to everybody they took advantage of with this.
 
For the Revdex.com to still have this business receiving a positive rating is not right. They will be waiting for their next victim to take advantage of and screw out of their hard earned money as well.

[redacted] when purchasing this vehicle had also noticed a cosmetic repair around the wheel wells of the truck and Transitowne will be fixing that for her as she and Transitowne agreed to do this at the time of sale. The truck that was purchased had a little over 90000 miles and was 5 plus years old, the damage that the truck has Incurred Is not due to neglect or misrepresentation but to normal wear and tear and this was agreed upon by the customer. The customer has agreed to pay for the chip guard and will be setting up and appointment with [redacted] the vendor that will perform the repair for her. can see by the information from Cars Direct the customer Indeed did applyfor a loan for a vehicle and CarsDirect recleved this application and forwarded It to Transltowne.I would suggest the customer contact Lending Tree If she feels like she was mislead In anyway,The Inquiries on the customers credit bureaus are legitament and therfore Transitowne cannot have them removed. There is no way to dispute the hard pulls on my credit with the bureaus.  I have tried but the only option I can dispute is incorrect information about accounts.  This does not fall in that category, but I was told that the pulls could be removed if the original creditor removes them. [redacted]

However, the consumers were declinedfor the vehicle loan from 5 different lenders which was clearly communicated withthe consumer and at the consumers request we did not continue to pursue the loanwith any other lending institutions. I attached a copy of the signed creditapplication giving Transitowne Kia permission to apply for credit on their behalf. Ihave also attached a copy of the signed purchase worksheet which clearly showsthe consumers agreement to the amount fmanced $26,888.75 which is exactly what Transitowne applied for. Transitowne would like to help settle this dispute with the consumers however given the above information Transitowne does not have the authority to remove credit inquiries from a credit bureau if permission from the consumer was granted.
