I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID 12579262, and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint.  For your reference, details of why I am rejecting this response appear below:
They have told me three different times they were sending this one piece of paper out.  Their customer service told me they would call back in 24-48 hours!  Never happened.  Why should I believe anything they say. I am sending another copy of the 10 lines that need to be completed registered with a return signature tomorrow.  I am calling the dealership also to complain about them financing people with ally!  Never again!  This insurance was about 2000$.  Husband bn out if work since sept.  Truck pymt is 725 a month so this is a lot of money.  He's still not gone back to work! Payments are getting tough to make. Why carry it? If we stopped making the payment I'm sure we would hear from them.  Our son is an attorney, if they don't get this resolved we will get him involved!  Thank you Revdex.com.  At least u got a response!
