I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID 12649366, and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint.  For your reference, details of why I am rejecting this response appear below:I started trying to get my money back on Jan 16th they kept assuring me I’d have it in 7-10 days. Now they say they will only give me 511.00 i paid them 526.00. Plus they say I never requested my money till the 24th of Jan. And it will be ten more days from the 24th. All my pmts come out auto pay this is really messing up my other pmts. and ea person we talk to gives us a different BS story. I’m fed upi NEED MY MONEY NOW!!! Thank u for your help.

They have told me three different times they were sending this one piece of paper out.  Their customer service told me they would call back in 24-48 hours!  Never happened.  Why should I believe anything they say. I am sending another copy of the 10 lines that need to be completed registered with a return signature tomorrow.  I am calling the dealership also to complain about them financing people with ally!  Never again!  This insurance was about 2000$.  Husband bn out if work since sept.  Truck pymt is 725 a month so this is a lot of money.  He's still not gone back to work! Payments are getting tough to make. Why carry it? If we stopped making the payment I'm sure we would hear from them.  Our son is an attorney, if they don't get this resolved we will get him involved!  Thank you Revdex.com.  At least u got a response!
