I ordered a IMAC computer through Walmart.com for a Christmas present and there holiday return policy is from NOV 1-DEC was extended to jan and once I received the box I wrap it up and put in closet christmas morning my daughter opened it the computer was cracked and right away I emailed the company stated that it was crack may I add the box did not say FRAGILE any where on the box and I finally got ahold of the customer service 12/28/at 5:est and spoke to a guy that told me it was my problem and they would do nothing about it I should have opened it and checked it out so deal with it

Worst experience possible I have been lied and misled by this company from the start I attempted to purchase a Nintendo Classic system for my son's birthday I paid premium shipping, yet it still arrived days after the committed date, after his birthday I then plugged in the system and it didn't work I requested an RMA and shipping and it took days to receive the RMA I am still awaiting the shipping label Horrible company Bad quality products, unreliable and no follow up Literally the worst experience I have ever had from an online merchant
