Product came as ordered, was happy.

My order arrived fast, but item was used, the box of the Apple TV was scratched an the lightning cable was missing. Nobody ever picks up the phone and never responds to our email. The costumer service is zero, just wondering how can this company can stay in business? They also have a AAA rating from Revdex.com , how is this possible? Just a short search on the net showed that they have a 99% negative comment from costumers.

I was looking to replace my HP 5510 printer with a better/newer model that used the same ink cartridges. Altatac offered an HP5020 which has advanced features over my previous model and at a great price including refurbishing. I am very happy with the timely shipment and quality of product received.

I am a new customer I received my Digital Projector June 20, 2016. I can't get it into to the English mode to operate it. There is not one answering your phone. I keep getting we are sorry. I need help. Where do I go to get the problem corrected, or where do I send this projector for an exchange or refund:

I purchased a refurbished GPS from Altatac about 11/2 months ago. It arrived very quickly and in perfect working order. I would happily buy from them again.

I purchased a item from walmart. Not knowing it was coming from a third party which was this company. I left numerous messages on their voicemail for a straight week. Emailed them as well.. Finally after continuously calling the following week I got a hold of someone. The product I purchased was car mats that costed me $19.00. They told me I had to pay for shipping to them then they also charge a restock fee. I said f* that I would rather burn them the only get make $8 bucks after paying for the return.
