In the instruction manual there is something hard to find with other companies,a contact phone number if case you have a problem installing or using the hard drive enclosure.I did not need any help as it was easy to use
My second one works as well as the first
Be sure to use reputable company when choosing a hard drive enclosure and you will be as happy as I am

Purchased a digital camera from walmart.com. once I received the item I was unable to use it due to the app not working. I then decided I would return it. I have been in the process of returning this item for 3 weeks. Through email I have been told that return label was sent through mail and I still havent received it so I decided to call... needless to say the guy I spoke to was rude and would not answer my questions he said he had no record of the label being sent out anf hung up. This is beginning to feel like a rip off....

Stay away from this company prior buy it here just make some research, this people have the more bad customer service in the history never respond your call, sell defective items very hard to recover your money, takes forever to ship out your item in my case took 18 days to arrive from California to Florida and BINGO ! defectivei have to contact by bank to recover my money because they never do anything to help. Revdex.com takes action with this company PLEASE !!

I bought an Apple TV From Walmart. This Altatac Company was a "Market Partner". The unit that they sent was a poorly packaged used Apple TV with missing parts and it was scratched up. This is where my problems begin. I called and did an online chat with Walmart (the company that I paid money to and who I dealt with). They told me to call Altatac. I did and the phone would pick up and hang up on me. I emailed them and have not received a reply [6 days now]. I ordered the product on November 11 and did not receive it until December because it was "Backordered". So they sent a used one to fill the order. I called today and the call was answered by an answering machine. Their customer service is and answering machine and an unmonitored email account. I can not get a refund because Walmart defers me to this crimey vendor who does not answer their phone, return their emails or when their answering machine works, does not return the calls. Don't subject yourself to these people. I am still out the full price of the item with nowhere to turn for a customer service resolution.

I ordered a product from them through Walmart.com on Nov 30. Delivery time was supposed to be Dec. 5-9. On Dec. 10 I finally received shipping information. Product did not arrive until Dec. 15. Two weeks to deliver a product and one week after promised is unacceptable. I would stay away from this company.

I had placed an order through walmart.com for cyber Monday. The business that was to send me the item was Altatac. Here It is, two months later, I have yet to receive the item after contacting walmart and Altatac about 6 times each. and Altatac has yet to return my phone call or emails. I am just so unhappy about this. I don't understand how they can have such a high rating when they don't even bother to return phone calls and emails to their customers????

I purchased an air rifle from Altatac through Ebay on 12/3 to give to my grandson for Christmas. The window for delivery was 12/6-13. Toward the end of that period I began tracking and saw that UPS did not show that they had received it. I emailed Altatac and received a reply that there was a difficulty with the tracking number. They said they would let me know as soon as it was straightened out. I waited a week and tried emailing again, letting them know that I really needed it for my grandson's Christmas. They did not respond. I called the phone number and got a message telling me to leave contact information, which I did. They called back once, while I was snowblowing and didn't leave a message. I called and emailed repeatedly after that and there was no response whatsoever. I finally filed a case with Ebay and within two hours they issued a refund. However, they also sent a conflicting email asking if I still wanted the rifle. I replied that I did. Finally, the customer service manager replied, giving me a boilerplate apology for "any delay or inconvenience" and saying they would send the rifle and offer me a discount. They did send it, but not with expedited shipping so I am expecting delivery tomorrow, 12/31, 27 days after purchasing it. I am currently being requested by Ebay to pay the full amount, since they had issued a refund. I have repeatedly emailed the customer service manager about the discount he mentioned and he has not replied in any form. This is the worst customer service I have ever encountered.
