Please excuse my oversight on this as the subject line was not of a refund when I searched this morningThe reply to this email does show [redacted] was instructed to follow her day refund policy on her requestAgain if [redacted] would answer our call or return our voicemail's we would be able to resolve this issue directly with her instead of using the Revdex.com as a communication outletWe will attempt to reach [redacted] again in a couple minutes

Due to the stipulations of MrJ [redacted] account this case is currently in our lawyers hands and I am not able to comment on it currently

The response [redacted] posted is our services rendered document which is sent to the customer at the time of all services delivered to the customerThey are to look everything over and sign off to show acceptance of the services they receivedThis shows satisfaction in purchased services

Since this complaint MrK [redacted] has been in contact with his account manager and given the steps to complete for the end of his first year with our company

We have been in close communication with Harlan since he first signed up with our programA outside company contacted MrK [redacted] to attempt to dispute all transactions he has made with a list of companies which included ours, but after speaking with Harlan our company is not one of the ones he wanted included in this dispute processBecause of this we worked with MrK [redacted] to get these disputes droppedAfter this was done all attempts for contact with MrK [redacted] have resulted in voicemail being left and not returnedIf MrK [redacted] would just reach out to us we can continue to work with himMrK [redacted] has in fact made commissions and checks have been sent, received and cashedMore commissions are coming this period as wellHopefully this communication through the Revdex.com will spark MrK [redacted] into reaching back out to us

I wrote a response, tried to send it and it was deleted In order to meet the days deadline, I am faxing my response with correspondence

We will try and reach back to to Raul again todayAs long as the dispute with the bank has been resolved we can issue a full refund

MrS [redacted] first signed up with us on 7/27/for a total cost of $1,for the purchase of a custom built website, custom domain name, and one year of free hostingContracts were sent out to authorize this payment and services, and MrS [redacted] signed then returned them to usNext on 8/03/ He purchased additional advertising products for his website at a cost of $6,000, where again documentation was signed and returned to us to authorize payment and competition of servicesThis makes for a total of $7,spent with our company and not the $10,that he claims he wants a refund on in this complaintSince the time of this complaint on 12/16/we have been working with MrS [redacted] and continue to work with him to dateMrS [redacted] is still earning income from his website and has never mentioned a refund againThis complaint is considered closed in our company

Nobody called me and offered a full refund.I even called them sent them a letter and they did not acknowledge about receiving my letter moreso offering me a refundI would gladly call my card which is Paypal by the way and is not so difficult to do a refundJust call me or email me on what they need me to do

We will have our accounting department look at the issued refund via PayPal again to show it taken from our accounts

This customer has been refunded his full amount as of 7/10/This complaint should be marked as closed

This transaction was refunded via PayPal over a month agoJohn has been instructed to contact PayPal directly and ask why it is not showing on his accountAll funds have been subtracted from Alternative Online Design LLC's account with PayPal, and this issue is resolved with our refund policy being upheld

We are currently working with card services to resolve this case

[redacted] has never contacted our customer service department to voice any of these concerns on our business modelIt is true we sell websites that focus around Amazon Affiliate program, and offer many different package costs to fit all of our customers needsWe do assign a marketing coach to our customers after they purchase, and always make this part known to our customers as wellIt is never mandatory that you spend any additional money on marketing, but we would not be doing our customers any good if we only built them a website and never shown them how to advertise itAll of our contracts are extremely clear on our refund policy along with the fact they have their own individual states right to cancel time periodWe list each state, and the time frame that state has to cancel the purchase right on the document, with our refund policy on a separate single page document in big bold letteringEach part of these documents have a signature line along with initial lines to make sure the customer has read them and is okay with themWe are a licensed company and because of this we use our real names, telephone numbers, and street address when working with perspective customersEverything we do is put out into the open for our customers to understandIf [redacted] would have contacted us to inform us of her dissatisfaction with our company we would have worked with her on either correcting the issue or refunding her and parting as friendsIt is our hopes that when reading this reply [redacted] will call us at ###-###-#### and we can work to resolve this complaint professionally

There seems to be some confusion as to the items *** *** purchased on 4/25/in the form of additional services for her Amazon affiliate websiteThis purchase was to only include her home and garden website per *** *** request, and was only billed for one website and this is
clearly outlined in all contractual paperwork signed by *** *** Our website developer at the time did put together a tutorial page for all of our customers to make basic changes to their websites, such as products, category changes, and blog articlesDue to the complexity of these websites we do not allow for the everyday person to attempt and make major changes to their website unless they are knowledgeable with how html, and advanced css coding worksThis is to limit any major overhauls needed to a customers finished site and create enormous amounts of work for repairing any customer changes that caused damage to how their website functionsWe do supply our customers with links to general WP videos but encourage them to let us make any major changes

The response from Alternative Online Design is not acceptableThe first statement is mostly falseThe only one on one training I have receive was to be walked through how to set up my *** pageThis person, Scott, who walked me through the ** set up then told me that he personally did not use *** or *** therefore He could not instruct me how to do itHe also told me that he didn't think it would be helpful to promote my business using those social media sitesI did infact purchase the directed traffic, SEO, and whatever other ways would help my website generate the income I desiredHowever, I have received no proof or evidence that they have done those thingsThe sales commissions certainly don't reflect it eitherThe total sales commissions earned is only $262.35, plus $from Advertising Bonuses which are generated when they recruit someone else to buy into this businessThe remainder of the money I received was from another campaign that they ran.Their statement that I was informed on several occasions during the first year that their hosting and domain ownership was only for one year is totally falseIt was only after the domain expired and I contacted them that I was told that it was only for one year and that it was in the contractNo one had even mentioned that to, nor had they ever mentioned the name ** *** or their involvement in thisI wasn't informed until after the domain expired.As for the video tutorial, I have tried to use it, but I don't understand the things it talks about because it is designed for people who are savvy about those things and I am notAnd I can not see the visuals because they are too small.I am fully aware that there are no guarantees for the success of any business but in this case their sales people, Mike and Brook, did say, "I promise that this business will be successful that we will do all the work, and you will make a lot of money."

This case has been an ongoing issue with our company up until a couple of months ago.Mr*** hired a lawyer to battle his claims against our company, along with filed disputes on all purchases made with our companyIn both cases (Lawyers, and Credit Card Companies) it was found that we did hold up our services and were in the right with this clientAll payments have been awarded back to our company and we have continued to try and work with Mr*** to dateUnfortunately Mr*** will not return any of our phone calls or voicemailsMr*** first contracted us to build him a business website and then advertise it for himAfter all services were complete we took payment and continued to coach Mr*** on how to use his new businessAbout months after this time Mr*** claimed that he never wanted any of this and never authorized any paymentAll signed documents and phone calls were turned over to lawyers and a case was madeAgain all rulings were made in our favor and this case has been closedWe will continue to try and reach out to Mr*** until his contracted time with us is over

I personal just spoke with Mr*** this weekWe have set up a plan of action to correct any concerns that Mr*** hadWe have a follow up phone call today, and continue to try and correct our relationship with Mr***As of today we consider this complaint to be in the process of being
resolved

*** did try and cancel within her days but this attempt was made on her initial payment of $199.99, and after speaking with us decided to continue on with her purchaseThe claim that an attempt to cancel was made within days on the $4,is not correct as this purchase was on 1/07/and
her request for cancellation and refund was done on 3/10/2016.At this time she was informed it is nonrefundable per signed contracts, and all services were rendered the way she requested themWe did try and work with her to refund back a partial amount but she wanted to think about it for a day or twoWe sent her over contracts with the partial refund amounts and waited to hear back from herThe next communication we had was from her card company with a dispute on the chargesAfter filing a rebuttal on this dispute the banks found in our favor due to all services being rendered and contracts signed as nonrefundableSince the time of this complaint we have been in works with Mrs*** and she has even earned income off her website
