under a yearThis business is a life time one and all of the money invested into her website is for the lifetime of the businessDuring the first year Mrs*** was informed on a number of occasions that our hosting, along with the ownership of the domain is only for one year, and after that time has ended she would have to purchase the domain name from *** to keep it up and runningThis purchase ranges from $to $16, and we would still help her maintain her website for the lifetimeWe have upgraded her site over the year to keep up with online sales trends, and have even put together a comprehensive video tutorial site for her to use at her leisureAll aspects of the services Mrs*** has purchased from Alternative Online Design LLC have been rendered and are continuing to be rendered as contractedThere are never any guaranties when it comes to a online business, nor are there any promises or guaranties given when purchasing advertising from our companyWe did recieve word from Mrs*** today that she has purchased her domain name and we are in the middle of getting her newly renovated site up and running

I would like to extend a complete and full apology for any misunderstanding or bad communication between Alternative Online Design and yourselfWe do have additional advertising costs, but they are in no way mandatory for success in this businessI do know for a fact after speaking with you this
past Friday (4/10/15) we did go ahead and issue you a complete refund of your $395.00, and sent you a confirmation number via emailIf you need another copy of this number please give our customer service dept a call so we can provide you this numberI again would like to extend a full apology for any frustration you may have had in this process

Jeff was spoken to on July 11th and given instructions on how to move everything into his nameWe have been rendering services on his purchase

Since this complaint Mr. K[redacted] has been in contact with his account manager and given the steps to complete for the end of his first year with our company.

Due to the stipulations of Mr. J[redacted] account this case is currently in our lawyers hands and I am not able to comment on it currently.

The response [redacted] posted is our services rendered document which is sent to the customer at the time of all services delivered to the customer. They are to look everything over and sign off to show acceptance of the services they received. This shows satisfaction in purchased services.

We have been in close communication with Harlan since he first signed up with our program. A outside company contacted Mr. K[redacted] to attempt to dispute all transactions he has made with a list of companies which included ours, but after speaking with Harlan our company is not one of the ones he...

wanted included in this dispute process. Because of this we worked with Mr. K[redacted] to get these disputes dropped. After this was done all attempts for contact with Mr. K[redacted] have resulted in voicemail being left and not returned. If Mr. K[redacted] would just reach out to us we can continue to work with him. Mr. K[redacted] has in fact made commissions and checks have been sent, received and cashed. More commissions are coming this period as well. Hopefully this communication through the Revdex.com will spark Mr. K[redacted] into reaching back out to us.

We are currently working with card services to resolve this case.

We will try and reach back to to Raul again today. As long as the dispute with the bank has been resolved we can issue a full refund

[redacted] has never contacted our customer service department to voice any of these concerns on our business model. It is true we sell websites that focus around Amazon Affiliate program, and offer many different package costs to fit all of our customers needs. We do assign a marketing coach to our...

customers after they purchase, and always make this part known to our customers as well. It is never mandatory that you spend any additional money on marketing, but we would not be doing our customers any good if we only built them a website and never shown them how to advertise it. All of our contracts are extremely clear on our refund policy along with the fact they have their own individual states right to cancel time period. We list each state, and the time frame that state has to cancel the purchase right on the document, with our refund policy on a separate single page document in big bold lettering. Each part of these documents have a signature line along with initial lines to make sure the customer has read them and is okay with them. We are a licensed company and because of this we use our real names, telephone numbers, and street address when working with perspective customers. Everything we do is put out into the open for our customers to understand. If [redacted] would have contacted us to inform us of her dissatisfaction with our company we would have worked with her on either correcting the issue or refunding her and parting as friends. It is our hopes that when reading this reply [redacted] will call us at ###-###-#### and we can work to resolve this complaint professionally.

At this time the lawyers for Alternative Online Designs haven't made an attempt to contact me.So I haven't actually  rejected anything from them.  Until they have reversed the charges on my credit cards this issue wont and cant be resolved. Thank you for your time Edward J[redacted]

Please excuse my oversight on this as the subject line was not of a refund when I searched this morning. The reply to this email does show [redacted] was instructed to follow her 90 day refund policy on her request. Again if [redacted] would answer our call or return our voicemail's we would be able to resolve this issue directly with her instead of using the Revdex.com as a communication outlet. We will attempt to reach [redacted] again in a couple minutes.

To whom it may concern:I am attaching a response from Alternative online Design that they sent to the Attorney General of Arizona: As per the first page the on the 3rd paragraph it says that they do a process of called scrubbing to determine if the person is on the Do Not Call Registry, I have been on the that list for 12 years and I do know that when a telemarketer calls it says if you are a telemarketer to hang up or if not press a number it gets them through. The first time they called on the 21st of December, I did call on the 23rd and left a message to cancel because they did not give me any other number to call, they did not reimbursed the $199.99 back to my account, which they said they did when the other call came from  a Ray Washington, phone: ###-###-####, which he told me that I had 6 months to cancel the site I wrote all this down and still have the paper I wrote on. The first site was so generic, there was no help in putting it together, it had off brand products to to sell, and that is why I cancelled that site. I never did hear from them due to the holiday and I assumed they gave me the refund and to this day the $199.99 has never been refunded. They mention on their response that they offered me a partial refund of the $4699.99 If they would have offered me why are we here, that was never offered. They called offered me as to deduct it from my income tax. The site is not been touched by me, how is it making money, unbelievable.  This website was supposedly a new site but they just changed the domain name to one that was already built.Please read the letter they submitted to the Attorney General of Arizona and you will see how they contradict what they sent you. The Attorney General letter to me also stated the if the business was not properly registered withe Arizona Secretary of State that I could rescind and obtain a refund pursuant  Arizona law (A.R.S. ss 44-1279) registration site is http://www.azsos.gov/scripts/nph-TS_Search_engine.exe.  I looked this site on this and it was not registered and still isn't. I did cancel within the 3 day cancellation time for both sites and they have denied it and refuse to credit back my credit card. This business has scammed many people there are many reports on the internet to prove it, all you have to do is enter Alternative Online Design llc, and it will show many complaints. I have also attached a phone bill to prove the calls I made to Alternative online design to cancel the contract. Your time and consideration will be greatly appreciated. My resolution is for Alternative Online Design return all my $4699.99 back plus interest to my Capitolone card.[redacted]

All of the services in her package was for a full year which would take her till July 31st 2016.  After the work was completed on her website and a call was placed to walk her through these services Mrs. [redacted] expressed that she was not happy with the domain name she first picked out...

nor with the overall theme she picked as well. It’s because of this we took down notes on what she was unhappy with and  built her a completely different website with a different domain name that she picked out and new theme she wanted now. We incorporated all of her advertising services in her new website as well now bringing the amount of work done for Mrs. [redacted] to 2x the amount she was charged for. We did this because we do depend on our customer’s satisfaction to keep business up and running, and because of the line of work we are in it is sometimes hard to separate ourselves from the other companies that do not deliver on what they sell. After both sites were complete and her advertising services were rendered on both sites we sent out another document showing all services that were completed for Mrs. [redacted] to sign off on that she was now happy with everything she received. This was all completed and signed off on by the 11th of August 2015. Since that date we have been in contact with Mrs. [redacted] on weekly basis to inform her of earned income or to give updates on her account. To date Mrs. [redacted] has made over $1,100 from her website and since her complaint has even received one more earned income check with one to go out this week. We have upheld all of our contracted services with Mrs. [redacted] and have even accommodated her wishes in building a 2nd site and completing her purchased services twice. We have reached out to Mrs. [redacted] every day since receiving this complaint in hopes we can work together on getting her concerns addressed.
