I called to have come out and spray again as I saw ants in my front yard after they did their monthly service The receptionist on the phone was very polite and said she would send a tech out the same day Santiago D [redacted] showed up a few hours later and was very helpful in treating the ants a few different ways to ensure we wouldn't have an ant problem anymore He was very professional and did a good, thorough job and now my ants are gone Thanks!

We had a long term pest control service that we thought had become complacent and also thought that Alterra had a better solution months ago We now have the worst problem with bugs in our house that we have ever had When called, Alterra did send someone out again, but the net result is that we continue to have the worst spider problem that we've ever experienced Of course, when we call to cancel their service, we are hit with "The contract states that there is a fee to get out of the contract." What a crappy way to force customers to continue to experience poor pest protection because you have to pay to get out We paid because we would rather have no pests I would not recommend Alterra to anyone
