Keve R came in today at 9AM and did a fabulous job in treating the whole entire house (inside, out and garage)Their customer service is very professional and very accommodating when changing appointments! I'm very satisfied with their service on every visit!

Alterra Pest Control has been de-bugging our last two homes in a most successful and professional manner. If my wife sees an insect she requests that the next pest control visit include the inside as well as the outside of the house and it happens with not other follow up required. Our service tech, Keve, is always cheery and never hesitates to make sure that we are aware of any potential problems.
We are pleased to be on a regular schedule with Alterra and recommend them.

This was the initial service focusing on eradicating scorpions. Saleem, the company representative, was pleasant, informative and efficient. He inquired about the problem, patiently listened to my response and inquiries and then explained what action he was going to take to resolve the issue and what I could expect.

I was very pleased with the service call, but will have to wait to see the results.

I was very impresed with the service that I received from my service man Reve R. on Oct 9th. He was very professional and thorough. I was almost ready to cancel my serviice, but I did make a complaint, about the last service we received and decided to see if they would rectify the situation, and it seems they did. They sent Reveout to do our service and he did the job right. I was very pleased, and as long as I continue to receive that type of service, they will have a very loyal customer for a long time.The only reason for rating a 5 on how likely to recommend, is because I want to make sure I continue to receive good service before recommending.
