I called to have come out and spray again as I saw ants in my front yard after they did their monthly service. The receptionist on the phone was very polite and said she would send a tech out the same day. Santiago D[redacted] showed up a few hours later and was very helpful in treating the ants a few different ways to ensure we wouldn't have an ant problem anymore. He was very professional and did a good, thorough job and now my ants are gone. Thanks!

KEVE R. was very accomodating and patient while I spoke to the main office regarding an issue. He even dialed them for me and made sure things were okay and taken care of. He was thorough when treating my property and took care with my kids and pet.

Ryan Y. got a flat during the day, but he called early in advance to let me know he would have to push back my appointment, which I appreciated. Once he arrived, he was very courteous and did his job quickly.

Keve R. with Alterra took his time and did what seems to be a great job thus far. We have actually seen less bugs since the application.

I received my 2nd quarterly service yesterday. Keve R was courteous, professional and thorough. He even took the time to discuss the option of setting up an automatic payment with them. I appreciate the great service I have gotten from Alterra.

I just had my home serviced by Alterra Pest Control here in Las Vegas and I can't say enough about how pleased I am with this company. They are always on time and for a shift worker who sleeps in the daytime, it's nice to know you don't have to wait for the doorbell all day. I have been using with Alterra for about a year now. I have been very impressed with their professionalism and customer service. They have a great scheduling and appointment reminder experience, convenient and efficient. I wanted the inside of my home sprayed due to the presence of ants. They sent a technician out the following day. Keve R. was the technician and he was very knowledgable. He utilized 3 different methods of eliminating the problem, and worked efficiently. Overall, I am quite pleased with Alterra's service thus far.

Keve R did the following General treatment for seasonal pests.Standard de-webbing/sweeping of wasp nests inspection of entry points Treatment of exterior perimeter areas. Sprayed foundation and fencs.

Our service Pro Keve R was friendly, helpful and professional. He listened to out problem areas and suggested additional measures to take such as traps. He kept in mind that we have a baby in the house and set up the traps in a manner that was safest for our baby. Thank you Keve!

Very happy with this company. They come as scheduled and are very professional. Today my service pro was Tyler and he did a great job.

After getting billed once again from Alterra for service I've told them I no longer wanted, I was told by my fiance that they came out to our house and he came out to our backyard to let them know we didn't want their service and got the response "too bad, I've just finished spraying" This is UNEXCEPTABLE. I've called and argued the fact that their door to door salesman gave me false information as far as how long the contract was. They offered me a lower 3- month rate for TWO YEARS which I have denied because I DO NOT WANT ALTERRA AT MY HOUSE OR ON MY PROPERTY OR ANYMORE PHONE CALLS. I don't know what I have to do. They come over unannounced and then I receive a bill. They call me over and over and refuse to just initially tell me who is calling. I get phone calls in the morning from a lady asking to speak with me then asks to confirm my date of birth. I ask who is calling and she says "for security purposes can you confirm your date of birth" I've explained I do not feel comfortable

I've been using Alterra since June 2015. I moved from CA to NV and was worried about what type of pests there were because it was the summertime and there was a lot of constructions going on behind my house. They've always been great and very informative. My recent encounter with Service Pro Keve R. just confirmed my overall positive encounter with Alterra. He was very friendly and answered all the questions I had. I asked him spray the inside of my home (which I normally do BEFORE the service pro arrives) and he obliged with no rejections, sighs, etc. He was a very nice guy and I appreciated it greatly. Thanks to Alterra for having people like Keve on their team.

Keve R. did a wonderful job servicing our house. We had seen a black widow and he made us feel confident and relieved that he did not find any nests in our backyard.
