This customer called our company ordered service and agreed to our processing fee on 11/22/16. We do see that they have subsequently cancelled their order. We will refund their credit card $next week. Thank you for bringing this to our attention

Our lead customer service agent has reached out to this customer and left messages.  We are still researching the issue(s) with this account and fully expect to come to closure on this matter next week.  Thank you for bringing this to our attention.

This customer called our company ordered service and agreed to our processing fee on 11/22/16.  We do see that they have subsequently cancelled their order.  We will refund their credit card $49.99 next week.  Thank you for bringing this to our attention.
