TO WHOM IT MAY CONCERN // I ORDERED A HUB-BEARING ASSY. ON 4-14-16 FROM THIS COMPANY FOR OUR SERVICE DEPT. // IT ARRIVED IN A TIMELY PERIOD, AS PER OUR VEHICLE REQUIREMENT // THE PRODUCT IS AN OFF SHORE PRODUCTION, BUT, IN THIS APPLICATION THE ITEM WAS A CORRECT FIT AT A REASONABLE PRICE LEVEL // SHIPPING WAS SHOWN AS FREE, AND PACKAGED WELL AS TO AVOID DAMAGE IN TRANSIT // VICTOR

AM-Autoparts sent the wrong part. They refused to fully refund the purchase. They suggested I dispose of the part. This is currently the worst customer service experience I have had to date. Look somewhere else if you need car parts.

The transaction was easy and quick.
The items are as described and very competitive prices.
The email submitted to the customer service department was returned in a respectable amount of time.

AM-autoparts is great, I have ordered from them several times, everything was accurate, the order was easy to place and I received my products quickly. Great job AM-autoparts!

I ordered a set of headlights and they were sent or quickly and came with a year warranty. The right headlight got condensation in it after about 6 months. I contacted the company and got an immediate respons. Recieved my new part within two days and they paid return shipping for the old part. Very happy with my experience!

It has been over a week to be notified on how to return an order that I was not satisfied with.

Either by virtue of a data breach or by sale of their contact database to a third party I have been receiving spam emails to an email address used exclusively on their website (nowhere else). Since their website is McAfee Secure I can only assume that they willfully chose to share this information with a third party. Regardless my privacy has been violated. Take your business elsewhere if you value your privacy.

Do not do business with this company!
They have no phone number and do not respond to the emails within 24 hours as promised. In fact, thus far I have received no response at all.

They sent the wrong part on a time sensitive matter. That can happen. But when you have paid for expedited air shipping and get the wrong part, it is upsetting. When you can't reach anyone and are left hanging for days, it is infuriating.

Please do not buy anything from this company!

In June 2013, I ordered a new windshield wiper arm for my Dodge Grand Caravan. When I realized that my problem was not with my existing part, but with how it needed to be installed, I returned the new wiper arm that I had ordered. AM-Autoparts was helpful and prompt.

An amazing company! We ran into a nightmare with our package and the USPS store. They were being really difficult and refusing to help or even show compassion for our situation. We alerted AM Auto Parts of our dilemma and they refunded us the total amount we payed for the part! Amazing customer service and the part is great and was SUPER cheap! A fuel pump for about $60 when they are usually in the $300 range. We will definitely be shopping here again!

I ordered a set of tow mirrors for my truck. The mirrors were shipped free and quickly. Unfortunately when I received the mirrors they shook badly. I contacted am-autoparts and requested a refund. Not only did they refund my money immediately, but told me to go ahead and keep the mirrors so I didn't have to pay to ship them back.

If you'd like to place another order, I believe the part in question will work just fine the second time around, as our return rate on that particular part is less than one percent. If you don't see a refund back to your account within 24 hours please let us know and we'll be happy to look into this further. Again, we apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused. Hello everyone I purchase a set of suspension for an audi a6 about a year ago and it took them about 3 weeks to get to my house I know that no one is perfect don't know why it happen but I did got a pleasant and most interesting experience out of it. I've have purchase many parts from them in the past and still purchasing parts or-though I am also buying from other company I think they are a good and credible company one bad experience does not make this company a bad company they always kept there promise to be prompt with the delivery also their parts are as described some are aftermarket and good quality or original equipment. Don't forget why we choose them their prices are cheap. Overall I will always buy parts from them customer service is good and adequate just give them time to look into the problem usually you will be taken care of... Be good to them and they will be good to you,

I ordered two part kits from am autoparts I received my brakes kit but didn't receive my wheel bearing kit. They will not contact me. Orderpaid in fulli ordered brake pads and rotors (which I did receive) I also ordered rear wheel bearing and hub assembly (which I did not receive) . When my brake pads came there was an invoice in my box that had said only 1 on shelf with the bearing highlighted, so I thought it would ship when it had came in, since they had taken the full amount of both parts off of my card, and the order was paid in full. It has now been almost two months and I have sent them two emails three weeks apart. They will not contact me back about the issue. They do not have anyway to contact them besides email, but they will not respond. Below is my receipt they emailed me. The second product down item number-am xxxxxxxx is the one I did not receive. No response to online email submission request regarding return of product.On 1/2/15 I ordered online a Taillight Taillamp Rear Brake Light Passenger Side for my 2006 Toyota Tundra [redacted] Double Cab Truck. Order #AMORDXXXXXXXX, Item #1ALTLXXXXX, total price $53.35. Product arrived 1/9/15. My husband & I tried to install it on 1/10/15. It does not fit. I submitted 2 online email forms for return of merchandise between 1/11/15 & 11/13/15. I submitted a 3rd email directly to [redacted]@am-autoparts.com on 1/14/15 @ [redacted] & attached my order form for reference. I called XXX-XXX-XXXX on 1/15/15 after doing an online search for reviews of the company & the Revdex.com site had the number. I left a message stating that if I rec'd no response in 24hrs I was going to submit a complaint thru the Revdex.com. So here I am. And yes, I checked my junk mail & there is no response to my 3 emails. I would like a full refund. The website states "No Hassle Return Policy.Desired SettlementI am seeking the full price of $53.35. I will be happy to return the item with a RA form and pre-paid shipping label. I kept all the packaging material.Business Response Thank you for contacting us. I generally dont write reviews of companys I purchase things from but I had such a positive experience with am auto parts I thought I had to do this. I bought some headlight assemblies for my moms cars to replace her old ones and the ones I bought from this company were VERY inexpensive, fit perfectly, shipped quickly (for Free!). I was so impressed with this that I bought headlight assemblies for my jeep cherokee and has the exact same experience. This is a great company and they have earned my business for any auto parts I am ever going to need in the future.
