The company states that I was read the terms of the agreement. This is not true. I was not read anything. I agreed to a free sample and entered my credit card information for shipping. I did receive several orders. I never opened any since the 1st free bottles that were sent to me did absolutely nothing to decrease my appetite as advertised. My credit card is through my Credit Union which changed from monthly paper account information to on line. I am not good at using the computer and had not checked my account information for a few months. It was when I received an e mail stating that I was getting a shipment of these useless pills for $90.00 that I called the company and was told that they would not reimburse me for any of the money they charged my account. they charged $90.00 per bottle and sent 2 bottles three times and were sending a 4th even though I said I did not want them. This was almost $800.00. I told the person I spoke with that I had all the bottles in unopened packages and was willing to mail them back. They wanted nothing to do with this. My son looked up this company on the Internet and it was listed as a scam. I wish I had checked into this before I agreed to a free sample. This company as reimbursed me for half of the pills they sent me without my consent. I believe they should reimburse me for the full amount. This is a case of "not reading the fine print" and a scam to trick people into falsely purchasing a product they don't know they have agreed to purchase.Thank you,[redacted]

January 6 I heard from business saying they would refund 1/2 ($46.49 from 12/2/16) of cost within 3 business days. January 11th I sent an email to the business saying I have not recvd refund. They in turn sent an email stating >> This has not appeared in my bank statement yet. I will wait 3 business days and see if, in fact, they will refund full amount of $92.99. The company fails to explain how they are providing this refund. They state that they have already completed the refund, yet the card I used as my method of payment (that they have on file) has been cancelled in order to discontinue further charges. Does this mean that they have mailed a check to my address that they have on file?

As the customer stated they did order the trial, and also checked the box to enroll in the recurring program upon checkout. That being said Customer has been refunded in full as of 8/23/2016.
