I still believe that when they offer you a free 30 day trial of their material and then require you to cancel within 14 days of placing your order for the free 30 day trial of their material it is deceptive and fraudulent advertising. Thank you for pursuing my complaint to a satisfactory resolution.

Hi,  In looking through the account I can see that the original orders for Amazing Green Coffee and Amazing Garcinia were both placed on 9/25/2016. According to USPS  tracking number [redacted], the items were delivered on 9/29/2016 to [redacted]...

When Ms. [redacted] placed this order on our site [redacted] she indicated she read and approved all terms by marking the checkbox before completing her order.Trial Membership Program If you choose to sign up for our Trial Membership Program, you will be sent a thirty (30) day supply of the product chosen via USPS Mail and will be charged only $5.99 for shipping and handling plus applicable sales tax We ship the product the day after you place your order (except that orders placed Saturday-Sunday will be shipped the following Monday). You will have 10 days plus 4 days shipping from your original order date to see if the product is right for you. If you are unhappy with the product at any time during those 14 days, you must call us at 1 (888) 913-7084 and cancel your order to avoid being billed for the full cost of the product. [I want a credit for everything I didn't order.  It comes to about 300.00.  Their reply means nothing as they cannot charge my account anymore as the card company changed the info on it.]
