Revdex.com: I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] , and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint [Provide details of why you are not satisfied with this resolution.] Regards, [redacted] Addition is NOT complete With no-one managing our project for the last months, you wouldn't know what is complete or not without our making listsWe are finished "working" for Amazing Remodelers this list is finalLeft unfinished: **Load Bearing wall was removed and a Beam was to be installed What was installed incorrectly were two long boards wedged into our ceiling By doing so it has buckled the flooring upstairs under our carpet When walked on now the floor creaksThe waattic door on one side of room, and the bathroom door along the other side have been affected as well They won't open or close properlyTwo other contractors have told us to hire a structural engineer before they can even try to rectify the problem This is crucial to the structure of our existing home Our foundation may be compromised**Roofers were supposed to return months ago to build two peaks in front of addition, per architects drawing, that were never done Again, no foreman on the job site ever They were also to open roof vents in the attic Workers never showed **Three window-sills on back of addition have to be re-done to match.(also requested months ago)The concrete step out of patio door has not been finished offThe concrete patio (which was once nicely brushed) has been severely damaged due to workers not covering the areaThere are many gouges, scars, paint, rust stains and hardened mortar everywhereThere is a cracked stone above side window that needs mortar repairFront window stone installed incorrectly with cut side facing outBack left window needs to be caulked in **Tile on the outer shower wall is unevenVery noticeable angleToilet seat was delivered torn **The paint workers used to cover areas that had to be re-drywalled doesn't match(they should have called the office or talked to original painter for the color match-once again with no-one managing the projectOne wall on bedroom side needs to be sanded, re-textured and paintedThere are areas everywhere that need touch-ups...The entire interior should be re-painted The window panes on our patio doors were never painted, We will be needing a third party inspector to make sure the electric and plumbing were done correctly We have no confidence in Amazing Remodelers, [redacted] , [redacted] , [redacted] ect...Our project is NOT COMPLETE and yet you are trying to collect final payment? It is NOT slander if the information is factual We didn't expose you Any data on your companies and yourself can be found on the internet given the CORRECT names Once we received the invoice with [redacted] we were able to trace all the rest This is FRAUDWe would have never signed a contract with Amazing Remodelers given this public informationYou haven't even responded to any of our issuesYour response is "the project is complete"? THIS is a statementLike the statement in the document you sent us saying our project would be complete in Sept 2015...just to get us to write you another check

Revdex.com: I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint I made an unannounced visit to the office of Amazing Remodeler's of TexasI identified myself, informed them, Amanda A [redacted] and Mark F [redacted] , that I was recording my visitI received a written time schedule of when the work would resume and would be completedAs of today, they have not met the time schedule in which they developed and submittedAdditionally, I have reported to certain entities that due to the failure of Amazing Remodeler's of Texas to close my roof within a timely manner-roof left open for days, my home has received substantial water damageMy entire back wall, site in which the patio is being erected, has mold, the drapery and drapery hardware fell from the wall this past Wednesday, September 23, I have observed and recorded that the sheet rock is wet and bucklingThe base board is pulling away from the wall, is buckling and has visible signs of moldThe crown molding is pulling away from the wall At this point, asking Amazing Remodeler's of Texas to complete the work as contracted would be asinine Regards, [redacted] ***

Revdex.com: I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] , and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint Monday September 28, - The crew from Amazing Remodelers that was to start the framing stage of my patio project as promised did not show upWe called them time all day and was told by Amanda A [redacted] and received a text from Seth F [redacted] (Construction Manager) that the crew was on it's wayThe crew never showed up Tuesday September 29, - We got a text from Seth F [redacted] (Construction Manager) at 8:30am that a framing crew was on it wayI teSeth at 12noon and 3:00pm the crew never showed upI called Scott L [redacted] salesman (who sold us the patio) he said he didn't know of any issues and that he was the project manager We attempted to schedule a date for them to start the construction of our patio on the phone when they received our complaint.But Seth F [redacted] insisted on making a home visit which added another week on this ordeal.He didn't make it on Monday, 09/21/as scheduled and finally showed up on 09/22/15.He attempted to have us sign a document where we would cancel our complaintWe refused to sign another document since they haven't met the requirements from the first one There has been no good faith effort made to resolve my complaints only an effort to have the complaint removed by misleading us Regards, [redacted] ***

It was never specified to our representative not to deposit your down paymentThe representative did leave you a CANCELLATION notice that you did sign the acceptance, to give you the opportunity to turn in to our office to notify us of your cancellation with in the day right of rescissionThis is what the issue was Sir .We never had the NOTICEHowever, we want to make everything right and are in the process of refunding your full amount of deposit Furthermore, our notes in the office of your calls ,there was nothing ever mentioned of CANCELLATIONIt was noted you needed to wait a week for the Architect to come out until you spoke with your *** Our office will contact you when the check is readyhave a wonderful weekend, we apologize for the misunderstanding Sir

Ultimately, all I wanted was to have the job complete in a timely fashion. I have contacted the business since my communication to the BBB and since receiving their reply. I was told that they would begin the work the following Monday. I visited their office Friday, Sept 18,2015 due to the fact that I called them to inform that no one show up to work., and they said that someone would call me within an hour, after business hours. So, I made a visit and they were packing up to leave. I recorded the conversation that I had with them and I received written notification that they would begin the work Monday, Sept 21st and that they would work until completion. I called today to let them know that no one showed up and that today is the only day that I can be at home. I was assured that they would come out by 12N.Today, my drapery and hardware fell from the wall. I inspected the area and found that the entire wall is wet and that my base boards and crown molding is pulling apart from the walls. Therefore, I can not accept their response Regards,

as rapidly as possible but sometimes there are delays'I understand that *** here in our office has been communicating with *** on a daily basis with scheduling and that your project will be completed in just 2-days? Furthermore there were some additions and change's to your project and that caused a delay as wellIt's very typical during the construction phase that customer's change or add thingsWe are ok with that and understandHowever, it does sometimes take a bit longer to get the correct trades there to performWe have given you additional materials such as new cabinets for your outdoor kitchen area as well as installed a second exhaust venthood at no charge ,which is currently a savings of over $2k.Also you added a large Island to the scope of the work with granitePlease keep in mind the granite was a slab and had to be fabricated in the granite shopAgain we apologize for any inconveniences and will be completed with your scheduled DEMAND of October 31stif there is anything else we can assist you with ,please feel free to let us knowwe appreciate your patience ma'am and we are here to helphave a wonderful day

The contract was not CONTINGENT on FUNDING? Also we offered a financing solution to proceed with your project,however that was rejected by you? What can we do to get this resolved? We are willing to help you,but you must understand Sir you did agree to have work performed at your home

Regards,I have reviewed the reply from Amazing Remodeler of Texas; and I am not satisfied with their response for these reasons (1)This company has deliberately neglected it's obligation to provide service despite payment for a particular job (2) This company deliberately misrepresents its positions; collect money from it's clients knowing fully well that it does not intend to fulfill its obligations to provide services (3) This company has stated its plans in the past to live up to it's promises and failed to do so (4) With this history as a back drop it is difficult for me to accept any thing this company asserts until a positive action(5) As previously stated, I am only interested in a fair refund to me, out of the $12,that I paid your company for a job you refused to complete and abandoned

This project contract was established back on July of 2015!! Amazing Remodelers of Texas is a non-customer friendly establishment. They have no regard for customer service. My wife called *** on yesterday 1/13/to inquire on the project status and was placed on hold for an extended period. Once *** returned, my wife proceeded to inquire why the extended delay. While my wife was explaining, *** hung up on her. This is unacceptable*** did not return the call eitherOn last week 1/6/my wife called to inquire about the project, and spoke with a man who indicated that he just started working there. He proceeded to tell my wife that the reason for the delay is *** *** ** *** *** *** ** *** for Christmas. This was a very unprofessional dialogueWe are approaching a year from the contract and every week they say they will start the next week and never do. Stay away from this company
