company representative never said we were going to send in the completion for to the financial institution you were financing through. we don't get paid until we complete your project and you sign a completion form. this is what we have been trying to do mr & mrs [redacted].  we are just a few days away of completion. our intentions are to complete your project so we all can move forward. however,you have refused us to do this? please let us finish the project so you can enjoy the patio. furthermore,  there is a $8k balance on your account and just a few hundred dollars to complete. again you were telling our office what and how to expedite your project .  please let us finish. we want you happy. have a great day

[redacted], we checked our fax log and did not see you sent the cancellation notice until a few weeks later? It was never specified to our representative not to deposit your down payment. The representative did leave you a CANCELLATION notice that you did sign the acceptance, to give you the opportunity to turn in to our office to notify us of your cancellation with in the 3 day right of rescission. This is what the issue was Sir .We never had the NOTICE. However, we want to make everything right and are in the process of refunding your full amount of deposit.  Furthermore, our notes in the office of your calls ,there was nothing ever mentioned of CANCELLATION. It was noted you needed to wait a week for the Architect to come out until you spoke with your [redacted].  Our office will contact you when the check is ready. have a wonderful weekend, we apologize for the misunderstanding Sir.

Monday September 28, 2015 - The crew from Amazing Remodelers that was to start the framing stage of my patio project
as promised did not show up. We called them 3 time all day and was told by Amanda A[redacted] and received a text from Seth F[redacted] (Construction Manager) that the crew was on it's way. The crew never showed up
.
Tuesday September 29, 2015 - We got a text from Seth F[redacted] (Construction Manager) at 8:30am that a framing crew was on it way. I
text-ed Seth at 12noon and 3:00pm the crew never showed up. I called Scott
L[redacted] salesman (who sold us the patio) he said he didn't know of  any issues and that he was the project manager.
We attempted to
schedule a date for them to start the construction of our patio on the phone
when they received our complaint.But Seth F[redacted] insisted on making a home
visit which added another week on this ordeal.He didn't make it on Monday,
09/21/15 as scheduled and finally showed up on 09/22/15.He attempted to have us
sign a document where we would cancel our complaint. We refused to sign another
document since they haven't met the requirements from the first one.
There has been no good faith
effort made to resolve my complaints only an effort to have the complaint
removed by misleading us.

would not resolve my complaint.  Ultimately, all I wanted was to have the job complete in a timely fashion. I have contacted the business since my communication to the Revdex.com and since receiving their reply. I was told that they would begin the work the following Monday. I visited their office Friday, Sept 18,2015 due to the fact that I called them to inform that no one show up to work., and they said that someone would call me within an hour, after business hours. So, I made a visit and they were packing up to leave. I recorded the conversation that I had with them and I received written notification that they would begin the work Monday, Sept 21st and that they would work until completion. I called today to let them know that no one showed up and that today is the only day that I can be at home. I was assured that they would come out by 12N.Today, my drapery and hardware fell from the wall. I inspected the area and found that the entire wall is wet and that my base boards and crown molding is pulling apart from the walls.
Therefore, I can not accept their response

 Yes the day after I sent my complaint to Revdex.com and I called Amanda at Amazing to tell her again how unhappy we were and I filed a complaint she then came up with the certified letter about time frame to start and finish. She also said she would send it email so we could look it over that was 10-7-15 still have not received either. At this point we do not feel comfortable using a company that is so unprofessional when we are talking the amount of money that they want.

my [redacted] is having some second thoughts about the project and would like another week to make her mind up. Since we are in the 3 business days window for the deposit, I request you to please not cash the check of $5000 that I gave you till I get back to you next week. I also called your main business number and told the lady the same and she said that she would pass on the message to you.
