Products are extremely poor quality- leggings were not correct measurements and shorts are thin and quick to pill. Customer service was terrible! I had an issue and had to fight to exchange defective product. I was forced to pay return and exchange shipping.

I placed an order on April 19th. I reaches out to the company multiple times about the tracking information that was provided to me as it stops tracking after May 3rd. Here I am 46 days later and I still have yet to see my purchase. I reached out again one last time today and was so rudely spoken to and was told “ I am sure you have probably heard of COVID-19. It has caused delays around the world”. I am stunned someone could be that insensitive. Of course I have heard of covid-19- I am working day in and day out caring for dyeing patients struggling with covid as an ICU Covid Nurse! Regardless of their lack of customer service; I want a refund which they are denying me as well! What a scam of a company. Their website indicates shipping of 15-30 possibly (under their covid-19 section mind you)- not more then 45 with no tracking in site!

The company is not taking any responsibility that it has been 50 days now since ordering this product. I understand that time is delayed due to Covid but 50 days? They should at least refund me what was paid for product that I have yet to receive. I think I have been more then understanding waiting this long!

This company advertised that their face masks were in stock. When the order was placed they indicated that they were delayed in shipping (totally fine). When following up 20~ days later to request cancellation or refunds, I got hostile replies over email. More than 30 days later (outside of their allowed shipping window, which is already absurd), the orders finally shipped. When the masks arrived they were very poor quality, not worth what we paid and definitely not worth the wait. Unimpressed with their quality of products, even more unimpressed by their incredible poor customer service

AVOID. I ordered 2 pairs of leggings, and shoes. The leggings are very cheaply made, and fade after one wash (washed in cold). Shoes never shipped after the 4 weeks. When I inquired on their status, they just cancelled my order. When I asked why it was cancelled, I was told that they could not guarantee that they would ship any time soon. When I asked why I wasn't consulted regarding if I wanted to cancel my order or not, the response was "we don't let our customers decide on how to handle an order". HORRIBLE customer service. Spend your money with a more reputable company.

On April 13th I ordered 2 "Face Mask Covers" from Ambrie. I was under the impression that my order would be shipped in 3 to 5 business days, per the description on their website. The next day (April 14th), I received an automated "shipping update" e-mail stating, "Due to overwhelming demand we please ask to allow 7-10 days to ship." On April 25th (12 days after ordering), I e-mailed Ambrie asking where my order was. Again, I received an automated e-mail saying, "We ask that if it has been less than 20 days and you haven't received an email with your tracking information, to please be patient." On May 1st (18 days after ordering) I finally received my 2 masks only to find that one of them was significantly smaller when measured and compared to the product dimensions on the website. Therefore, it did not fit the person I purchased it for, due to manufacturer sizing error. I e-mailed Ambrie May 3rd with pictures and asked for a partial refund for the defective mask. They ignored my request for a refund and said they'd send out a replacement order "ASAP." I said I'd watch for it, because I was given the impression they'd be sending a replacement immediately. On May 6th (3 days after being offered a replacement/23 days after placing initial order), I e-mailed them asking about the shipping status of my replacement order. I was told again, they'd send it out "ASAP," but no estimated ship date was given. Because I was tired of being given the run-around from: 1) my order being substantially late, 2) the one mask being too small/unusable, and 3) not being given an estimated shipping date for a replacement, I asked (again) for them to refund me for the defective mask. Ambrie told me that because my request (for a replacement) was already made, they could not issue a refund. I reminded them that I had only requested a refund, and that they are the ones who offered me a replacement order. I then told them I'd be disputing the charges/opening a claim with the payment service I used. Ambrie then told me that if I disputed the charges, it would take an additional 45 days to receive my refund. On May 24th, 41 days after placing my initial order with Ambrie, the payment service I used ruled in my favor and issued me a full refund of $45.09 for both masks, but only after being required to pay $2.84 to ship both of the masks back. So now I have zero masks AND I lost money because they made me ship them back, despite their errors. The stress, time, and energy expended to get this whole thing straightened out was not worth it and I will NEVER purchase anything from this company or recommend them to anyone! All I wanted was masks to keep my family safe and I got nothing but a headache!

This company has horrible customer service. They advertise 100% guarantee and don’t back it up. I placed an order in April for masks scarves for a total of almost $160. Well they say they shipped them and they never moved since May 7, 2020. I let them know I had not received my package and was pretty much told too bad. They say they offer insurance when checking out and I was not offered it on my order. I let them know that and was told again too bad, your issue. I explained that was not good customer service and nothing back from them even asking for a manager to contact me. I then placed an order and went all the way to payment was not offered insurance on that order as well. Let them know that and was told too bad again. It seems a hard lesson to learn for almost $160, but now I know what kind of company that have.

I ordered masks, the wrong address was put in, I tried to correct it before it shipped, they told me to track and get with the post office. I did they were shipped back, I was told to track it back, I did and reached out to the company and after a while they said it went to the printers. I waited almost a week and haven’t heard anything until I emailed, I received a nonchalant “sorry, will try to contact again.”

I ordered what I thought were masks because of the picture on the website. I received what are actually what they call scarves. The scarves are not scarves. They are pieces of cut fabric. I emailed and asked if I could return them. They said they were not refundable. I feel this is taking advantage of people during this time.

I’m not accepting the companies response because what I received were pieces of fabric not scarves. I would love to send pictures of the material sent. It was falsely advertised as scarves. It is unfinished fabric. Thank you.

I ordered three masks on April 14th. Clearly understood that due to Covid 19 it would take about 14 days for me to get the masks. They clearly said 5-7 days for them to make them and 5-7 days shipping. I was ok with that..... BUT it is now Monday, May 18th..... and I JUST got a notification on Saturday , May 16th that they were being shipped... AFTER I had sent them an email complaining around May 10th. They items have NOT shipped though... a shipping label was generated with DHL. NO tracking has been updated and they are still in limbo.
Had I ordered something from China I would have expected this long delay... BUT NOT from NC! ( I live in FL). I thought I would give their leggings a try.... I live in FL... we go to the parks. I would have promoted their leggings and clothing if I had liked them .... but needless to say I would be CRAZY to order anything else from them.

I just received my order, 3 out of the 4 are wrong. The "polka dot bows mask" is sewn crooked and does not properly fit around the face as a mask needs to be for protection. The "body language" face mask and "your powers are weak" face mask were not shipped and I received something I did not order, nothing related to Disney as I ordered
My order was placed on April 19th and as of May 18th I am just receiving the order. I spent a total of 77.22 for 4 mask.

Well I paid a good amount of money for face masks, after paying for priority shipping and waiting 20+days for product, I finally received the face masks and both orders were incorrect and barely fit. One of the masks in particular was sewed incorrectly. Inside out. I requested to cancel order before I recieved it and customer service informed me I could not cancel and due to the nature of the product I am also not allowed to return it! The website says 100% satisfaction guaranteed! I AM NOT SATISFIED.

I have contacted the company multiple times and the last time we communicated they said they would no longer respond to me. Their website says 100% satisfaction guaranteed and I and 100% not satisfied. I can not return the product for a refund.

I do not accept this. At the bottom of each face covering product it says 100% satisfaction guaranteed. Yes it does say no returns or exchanges on the bottom of each face mask page but it also say 100% satisfaction guaranteed. I am not satisfied and would like my money back for both orders made. There was missing product and or product malfunctions with each order.

I believe Ambrie misrepresented their item...Disney Themed Scarves. I purchase 6 for ~$44...I recieved 6 pieces of cloth and direction expalaing how to tie them around my head.

I asked for a return and was denied. Yes, they are listed as Final Sale...however, the item is not a scarf, it’s a piece of cloth.

Ambrie completely refuses to work with me...their website also states 100% Satisfaction Guaranteed. I just want to return this misrepresented item.

I ordered 3 face scarves and got 3 unfinished strips of cloth for $20 ($25 with the shipping). The fabric was not cut evenly. The fabric smell as if they have been soaked in vinegar. Posted a review on *** of my dissatisfaction and immediately received a response from owner stating that these are custom made products and they were non refundable. There is nothing customized about this product at all.

This is not a custom printed product. They are scraps of fabric that was cut off a big roll. No additional work was made on this product. I would like a refund.

This design is not custom printed to this order. Additionally, the owner has messaged stating that the smell on the material is due to the chemical process to set the material. The chemicals are too strong and this was not advertised in the merchandise. I have had many printed articles of clothing but none have smelled like this does. I have washed 3 separate times and the scent does not fade.

I ordered 2 packs of 3 face scarves. I saw them as an ad on Instagram so I looked them up on their mobile site. I checked out their Yelp reviews and the reviews were on their leggings but they were good reviews so I went ahead with the purchase and ordered them with expedited shipping, because I work in a hospital and we were just told it was mandatory to wear a face covering.
On the mobile site I did not see the description of the product, either it was not there at the time or it was too small. For sure they did NOT have the picture of 3 raw cut pieces of fabric when I purchased them.
The fabric is very thin especially when stretched out enough to cover the face. I will have to use all 3 pieces to sew together 1 masks.
I caught that the countdown for shipping does not start until you receive the shipping email not from date of purchase. That is how they are able to make you wait a month for your order. When I purchased the scarves I read the shipping terms and knew that due to COVID19 it would take a bit longer BUT they advertised on Instagram that they had the scarves IN STOCK and ready to ship. Plus I saw they were in California and I'm in California so how could it have taken a month?

I will also add a complaint to what others here are saying about the face scarves. The item I got was definitely NOT what I ordered. I have an original photo of what the scarf should look like and all I got was 3 pieces of cut fabric,
not sewn at all, and not even long enough to tie for a scarf even if it wasn't sewn. Unfortunately I can't paste the photos here but this is a rip off using the Disney name. Maybe Disney needs to check into their business for licensing purposes since their products are a misrepresentation of what they are sending.
File a complaint to Disney also since they take the use of their name seriously.
DO NOT BUY FROM THIS SITE! It is a rip off. I wouldn't even give them one star.

I have contacted the company twice and recieved no real resolution. I placed my order on the 17th of last month. The first time I was told that I couldn't get refund for my order because they sent it out to the warehouse already but I never got anything saying that. Then in the second time to resolve I am told it hasn't been 20 days. 20 days later and no confirmation whatsoever. They will not give you any resolution or even respond back after first message. So I want my money back. They took my money but I have no product and can't even get simple tracking of where it is. If you took my money I 2ant my product. Don't list things you don't have in stock knowing people need face masks right now. I feel they are taking advantage of many people. I just want my money back. I have no information on anything. So why can't I get my money back when it hasn't even been made or sent for delivery. They are not jumping through hoops at all.

Ambrie clothing states that all new customers get 100% satisfaction guarantee. I ordered some products from them. I paid for expedited shipping. The items at time of order we in stock. Items went back order a day after ordering. When I was notified of shipping it to a week to get to me after a month of waiting. I contacted the seller that their product wasn't was expected. The then notified me that all sales are final and that I wasn't covered by their guarantee.

Terrible small business. Awful customer service that does not get back to you. The owner can not take criticism of any of there products. I have purchased twice in the last month from this company. Once for “face scarves” which are not scarves. They are horribly cut material. My 6 year old can cut a more straight line. Spent $100 and wrote to them about being unhappy. Never received a response from them.
They started selling face “masks” so I purchased 1. What I received is poorly sewn. And not anything like what is depicted on the website. There’s string hanging off the seams. The fabric is buckled and the ear loops are large strips of fabric. Such false advertising when you show the owner of the company in a lovely Disney inspired face mask. And what I receive is a home ec project. Again more money down the drain.
I posted on their page about the poor quality and because these people can’t take criticism they block me like a child and not an owner of a business.
So here I am writing this review. Hopefully other will see and think twice before ordering from a poorly run operation.

I purchased 3 face mask on April 18. Was told it would take 5 to 7 days to ship because of covid 19 when it usually takes 3 to 5 days. It has now been 15 business and 20 days overall with no shipping info. Every time I email them I am served with a generic email reply about covid 19 shipping. Its still been over the time frame said.
