This is two fold. I ordered "scarves" and was sold thin strips of fabric. The picture does NOT show this. It looks like there are white straps to tie, but in reality, it's just the fabric rolled up to look like that. They are cashing in on the Covid-19 crisis by offering a solution, when it's really just strips of fabric.
I then ordered some of the actual "masks" and received something completely different in its place. When I contacted them to complain, I was told they would reship. That was weeks ago and still no product. I have tried reaching out to them and they have refused to work with me. They are absolutely taking advantage of the crisis and should be stripped of their business license.

simple Face Scarves are exactly as they sound. They are the minimum
viable product to help reduce the spread of airborne illnesses. Due to

In addition to the "scarves" AKA strips of fabric, two additional face masks were purchased. They were purchased at the same time but shipped separately. The first mask arrived in a timely manner and was as described. The second mask arrived over a week later, and was some random bandanna print that wasn't even listed on the website. I contacted customer service requesting a refund on the order and was given a placating message stating they were so sorry and so overwhelmed and they would correct it right away. Well, I still have zero second mask and zero contact from them.

Please reference order # *** I have paid in full and have yet to receive the product I paid for. Fix it.

You're right, I did order scarves and got what you called scarves, which are strips of fabric, but we'll just agree to disagree. That was order *** and I'll just take the loss. It's my own fault that I have a completely different understanding of what a scarf is. However, I placed another order and got a mispicked item. I've tried to explain this through this claim, but you have failed to understand me... sort of like the scarves. Anyhoo... since you refuse to look up the other order, I have no choice but to open another Revdex.com claim with you.

I ordered two face masks and paid $44.77 for them. I ordered on April 12th with the claim they would ship within 5-10 days. It’s now May 6th. No mask. When I emailed the company on April 29th they were less then helpful. The person did say they would be shipping any day, yet I still have received nothing. I think this business is scamming many people. They already are selling masks for an extreme amount and aren’t even distributing them in the time they claim if at all.

Business selling face mask and scarves which
Included picture of product. I recieved 3 pieces of poorly cut cloth. Their website states... satisfaction guaranteed, but when I emailed them they replied.. "all sales final " and will bj ot respond to any of my emails there after. It was 3 nask for $20. I paid a total of $23.

Ambrie is horrible deceptive sales of face "scarves" that ate strips of legging material you tie around your face nothing like pictured on their site and when contacted they are rude and refuse to refund, when I and others called them out and posted photos they blocked us and removed negative reviews we deserve refunds as we didn't receive what was pictured on their site and the price gouging for what we received is awful!
They also sell thru shop the Jones same products too...

Echoing other complaints, I bought what were advertised as face scarves on April 10. The total cost us 48.99, and what we received was far less than advertised. In the intervening time, the company changed the description of the product, added photos that were not originally included to cover complaints that have been filed by the ton, and have apparently hidden a number of negative reviews. When the company was contacted about a refund, the company insists that these were final-sale items and will not provide any refunds, not to mention claiming they warned us the cut of the fabric would be rough ahead of time--none of which was originally included in the description of the product. The disingenuous treatment of their customers has been rather appalling.

I ordered a face mask from this company at $18 I thought it had to be great quality. When I received it the stitching was unraveling straight out of the bag and the elastic was cheap and sewn on completely crooked. It was very sloppily made and you could tell. I messaged them and they did offer a refund after I were to pay to send the product back and they received it. I left an honest and professional review on their page and they immediately deleted the comment and blocked me from commenting on the page. I feel it is so unprofessional to delete reviews regardless of they they are. They delete reviews constantly that are not to their liking. This is false advertisement. Also I wasnt wanting to send the product back because I didn’t like the print or fit, I was unhappy with the product because it was made poorly and extremely defective. Terrible customer service.

Bought “face masks” from this company online. When I received them they are literally just cut up pieces of fabric. Nothing like the pictures shown in their advertising. The vendor will not allow me to return them.

I ordered two face masks on April 11th. I paid for expedited shipping. I still haven't received them. I have sent several emails with no response. I also tried calling but there was no answer.

I ordered a 2 packs of 3 scarves, that I believed had “white tie backs”. When my order arrived I was not satisfied with the order & expressed it to the vendor, Ambrie that I wanted to return them.

The vendor responded that it was “a raw edge scarf , “ flat piece of fabric,” final sale, no returns and exchanges. In their response, they also noted “It looks like you did order masks though and those will have the elastic straps and should be to you soon.”

I asked for clarification about the mask with elastic straps, since I did not order any additional mask, I received a misleading response stating “No we were offering you masks at discount since you thought these were masks.”

There was no offer of a discount in their initial response after I expressed dissatisfaction for my order. Nor was I interested in placing any additional orders.

Despite the fact the vendor’s ad has a big gold seal that says “100% Satisfaction Guaranteed” the vendor Ambrie was not willing to credit nor refund my purchase.

I am disappointed with the customer service, deceptive response and misleading ad suggesting “100% Satisfaction Guaranteed”. It’s truly disheartening as a customer to receive such a rude response.

They should remove the pictures showing the scarves “with white tie backs” and the gold seal “100% satisfaction guaranteed”. It’s misleading.

I'm sorry to hear
you are unhappy, but due to the nature of the product it is a final sale
item. It stated on the description exactly what it was, a raw edge
scarf 28" x 6.5" that can be used as a face covering with an example
photo of how to wrap it. You did not order masks, you ordered scarves. It also stated 2
times in the item details and description that it had raw edges. There was no mention of ties. We
are producing items as quickly as possible
as 15 days ago, we had never made a scarf or mask. We are getting the
products out as quickly as we can and the scarf was the fastest option
at the time and we have had thousands purchase and love their scarves. If you ever have a question about what you are purchasing please ask before purchasing as we are here to help.

Attached you will find a copy of my receipt. The confirmation for order#***, placed on April 8, 2020, clearly confirms & shows two pictures. Both pictures show a black scarf with a white tie back and the other a print with a white tie back.

I received pieces of fabric with no white tie backs. These are advertised as scarves with white tie backs. That is what I expected to receive. What the company is sending are scraps of fabric. The description of the items no where indicates that this is a "Do It Yourself" project.

Regardless of the fact that Ambrie states that their items are final sale, their website states that their items are 100% satisfaction guaranteed. The responses received from customer support demonstrate a lack of professionalism, are discriminatory and unwarranted. I am requesting a full refund for false, misleading and deceptive advertising.

Hello,

A scarf is a piece of fabric, some are sewn, others are not. We stated 2 times that ours are raw edges, not sewn. The photo is a computer generated image of what a scarf would look like tied around someones head, the white ties, are the back of the scarf. If you chose black instead of a print, you received black fabric.

Item was ordered and I was told to allow 10 business days for the item to ship. Waited the 10 business days and inquired on their business *** page what to do next since my item did not ship. All comments asking were deleted and I was actually blocked from commenting on their page. They have charged my card, and will not answer inquiries as to when my mask will ship as it is already over the date I was asked to wait for. Advertising on shipping times was false, customer service is nonexistent, and I am not satisfied with how they have responded to anyone with shipping issues. Deleting and blocking people who are asking legitimate questions about where the products they paid for are does not solve the problem it actually makes it worse.

When ordered, the time frame was 7-10 days. When I inquired on your *** page you replied to me stating I needed to wait up to 10 days for my order to ship. When I replied to this statement after the ten day window was up my comment was deleted. See attached screenshot of the response. (The Monday date listed on the screenshot is referring to April 20th. It had only been one week at this time, so I waited until Friday April 24th which is the date of the 'just now' comment.) I took screenshots of the responses because for some reason my comments asking about shipping were deleted multiple times prior to me being blocked from posting on your page at all.

Since my order has not even processed yet (is still only confirmed) I would like to cancel the order and get a refund. This should be completely possible since the order has not even shipped. When you advertised the amount of time it would take to receive the item it was within the frame at which I needed it. I no longer need the item as I have found other companies who somehow managed to ship the item FREE with 2 day shipping. Not entirely sure why your company says to allow 30 days just for your item to ship when other companies seem to be doing it in the same amount of time as before. Again, I no longer want the item I would prefer getting a refund.

I purchased face scarves to protect my family in public. I paid 80 dollars for 12. The picture that showed the product is not what I received. The picture on the website clearly showed a white tie-type attachment in the back of the fabric. I received 12 poorly cut pieces of rectangle fabric with no attachment piece as shown. I have screenshot of what was advertised versus what was sent. I contacted the company and they are not helpful. They have also taken the items down off the website so I cannot review the description or leave a review.

The white is the back of the fabric when tied around a head as you can see in photo 3 here. There are no ties as it says in the item description as well.

Bought scarves. When they arrived 20 days later they look nothing like the advertised picture. Basically they are thin, see -through, cut and un finished Rectangular strips or pieces of cheap low quality cloth. We are just supposed to tie it around our face. Very disappointed. Contacted the company for refund. They said that they have no refunds and the product is correct. They claim it is what is advertised. I believe this is false advertising and they are aware of it. But don’t care. Would rather have the money than a good reputation.
They have blocked me and all the other complaints on ***.

I ordered 3 black face scarfs but what I received was 3 strips of cloths. It did not look any thing close to the product that was advertised. I contacted them to say how disappointed I was with what I received. This is part of their response “We are producing items as quickly as possible as 7 days ago, we had never made a scarf or mask. We are getting the products out as quickly as we can and the scarf was the fastest option at the time”. I think that Ambrie Clothing was trying to take advantage of the Corona Virus and just selling what they wanted to get money. And they also taking complaints off their sites. And after they sold me this product they started selling different new face-masks.

Recently purchased what was supposed to be a set of 3 "scarves" to wear as a protective masks due to the coronavirus. What I received was 3 very smelly rectangular stretchy scraps of fabric. I made my purchase through ***. The picture of the scarves was very misleading and made it look as of the scarves had white ties to be tied around the back of the head. When I contacted Ambrie through ***, I was then sent messages stating they didnt know why I was upset, but they would offer me 50% off of my next order with them. When I declined the offer, the messages from Ambrie became badgering in nature, telling me I "misread" the description. I even sent them back a picture of the original listing picture since they have now taken the listing down. The badgering messages continued until I told them to stop contacting me. Will never purchase anything from Ambrie again.

I ordered these with the expectation of receiving what I saw as the main product pictured. Instead I received 3 strips of material cut roughly in a rectangle which smell of chemicals so badly you cannot tie it around your face . The average cost of the main product they sell, clothing such as leggings are priced at $25 but these 3 strip of material are $20. I feel they are taking advantage of people by misleading what they picture vs what you actually receive. Also there site notes 100% satisfaction guarantee, but you only receive store credit. There's no canceling once order is placed and no refund. I am so mad at myself for falling for this and it enrages me that they will continue to take advantage of people in a time of crisis. Just horrible customer service. To add insult to injury, I was offered 50% off another face mask product and shipping. Ridiculous...

Was advertised as shipping right away. They created a label right away but did not mail. Charged for expedited processing and expedited delivery. Company refused to refund and cancel even though the package hadn’t been shipped.

I ordered a face mask from this company at $18 I thought it had to be great quality. When I received it the stitching was unraveling straight out of the bag and the elastic was cheap and sewn on completely crooked. It was very sloppily made and you could tell. I messaged them and they did offer a refund after I were to pay to send the product back and they received it. I left an honest and professional review on their page and they immediately deleted the comment and blocked me from commenting on the page. I feel it is so unprofessional to delete reviews regardless of they they are. They delete reviews constantly that are not to their liking. This is false advertisement. Also I wasn’t wanting to send the product back because I didn’t like the print or fit, I was unhappy with the product because it was made poorly and extremely defective. Terrible customer service.

It’s horrible that they are taking advantage of people during COVID. They falsely advertise a face scarf - in the example, it looks like a sewn item with a different color fabric for the tie. What you get in reality after waiting three weeks is a piece of unevenly cut material. Nothing shaped, nothing but a long scrap of fabric. And it stinks - not even washing it twice helped. I bought them for so many people and now they’ll have to be trashed.
