They advertised a free trial offer, just pay shipping of 4.99. Then they charged my card for $89.92 and won't take it off.
Nov. 29 I saw an add for ambrosina skin cream on facebook that said Nicole kidmen and Keith Urban had made this product. I thought that if it was their product it would be save to order. it took me to a site to order they said it was a free trial offer just pay for shipping of $4.99 No where on the page did it say any thing about them putting $89.92 on my card.I have since went to that web page and they have removed every thing about Nicole Kidman and Keith Urban having any thing to do with Ambrosina skin cream. When I found $89.92 on my credit card bill I called them and told them the sample was free with $4.99 shipping and I wanted the charge removed. They refused and said that in the terms and conditions (which are at the very bottom of the page in very small print and you have to open them in another page to read.) it said they could charge me the full price. This is a scam and they should not be allowed to do this.

They refund me the $89.92 the sample was supposed to be free with just $4.99 shipping. On my email where they said my order XXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXX was shipped they have no price for the cream shipping $4.99 Grand total of $4.99

False advertising and unclear terms of service.
Ordered sample on 12/12/2018. Never record, was told it was delivered on 12/17/2018 and had a 14 day trip. Called to cancel and was told 14 day trail was over and charged for a monthly rate. Terms were not clear of monthly agreement or when 14 day trail started, as I was only given 9 days if the product had arrived.

Charged for more than I bought. Did not authorize monthly shipments but I have been made aware through Facebook that that is what they do.

I want to be refunded for the 9.96 I authorized them to make because I did not know it was scam. I do NOT want them to access my band account for any further payments because I no longer want their product. I want nothing to do with this business's or their product ever again. I do not want them to ship the product.

Company added on products, so I canceled the ordered and was assured I would not be charged or receive product. Both happened. Company doesn't respond
12-26-2018: I ordered a trial of the skin cream. The site offered a second product that I did not add to my cart. When I paid, I was charged for both. After thinking about it for a few minutes, I called the company and canceled the order. I made sure to clarify that I would not be charged and that I would not receive any products. I then received two emails dated 12-26-18 (9:10am) stating that both product orders had been canceled.

12-28-2018 I received the products. I called the service number several times and sat on hold for at least 10-20 minutes every time. The recorded music is so loud and crackling that it is very difficult to stay on hold. I believe that is done intentionally. I also emailed the company 3 separate times without any response.
I do not feel I should have to pay return postage for an order I canceled. Because the company refuses to respond to any efforts to resolve this issue and cancel any further orders, that I believe they are engaging in unscrupulous business practices aimed at trapping customers into paying for expensive products.

I would like my two payments of 4.99 and 4.97 to be returned. I would also like an assurance that The company will never bill me again for any amount or purpose.

Turns out the free sample only pay shipping isn't true they charge you for the product in two weeks. Which by the way you cannot return. They say they will cancel your "subscription" which is every month. And that it was only a two week trial. But you have to pay for the product. only if you call and cancel in two weeks. I double checked everything prior to this purchase to make sure that there wasn't add-ons. Complete scam. Called in a supervisor answered and said they couldn't return, or get a refund. It's $100 for this stuff. I asked her to provide me some documentation stating I authorized this and this was it and she couldn't provide it. said there wasn't anything. She hung up on me when I was still asking her for it. Do not fall for the free sample only pay shipping ... it's not true they will tell you later it's a two week trial and you have to pay for the product which will $89 and change.

on November 5, 2018 I saw an ad for FREE ambrosina cream sample just have to pay sipping $4.99. I order it and confirmed with my bank statement the amount. on November 20, 2018 I noticed an unauthorized withdrawal of $89.92. I filled an investigation with the bank on December 20, 2018 I noticed another unauthorized withdrawalfor $94.91 as I checked my debit account I noticed ALL the unauthorized withdrawal matched the ambrosina $4.99. I called the company and was told " by an operator who said her name was Shaniqua, I had 14 days to try the product" I replied that information is NOT written on the ad and demanded my money back because they were only authorize $4.99. "she then replied she will only refund $59.96 and her agency id was 096" and hang up. as of today I only received the trial product.

This company advertise to ship their trial cream for 4.95. It charged me 89.92 and the following month charged me again for 94.91. It is a scam!
I indicated that I didn't want their product after I received the trial sample. They charged me 89.92 instead of $4.95 for Shipping and handling. The following month it charged me again for 94..91. I called to indicate that I didn't want any of their product and would return them. They said they would not accept any return. So I was stuck with the product and forced to pay for something I didn't agree or want! This company is questionable!

Nov 19th ordered free trial with absolutely no agreement for future - charges 4.99, and 4.97 approved. Dec 6th charged without my knowledge for 180$ - separate two charges 89.92 and 89.95.

I was prompted to order the product from a Kelly Ripa adv. as it turned out they coataiald her adv I received the product in a plain brown box without any info or instructions or directions, and realized that was not the Kelly Ripa product.

After numerous phone calls and letters I spoke to Peola, agent *** on Nov 27 and Peola said she issued a full refund of $184.83. However this was not done. This is deceptive business practice.

I never authorized this charge or was informed of these continual charges to my Mastercard account as I never received any products nor agreed to be a member. This violates any alleged contract of full disclosure.

Please make sure that the full refund of $184.83 is issued and compensation for the trauma this has caused me so this matter can be resolved.

Skin cream was advertised as free sample. Pay only the postage. The cream arrived and was not as advertised. My physician husband agreed.
Then I see a charge on my credit card for 89.92. I called the phone number on my bill(855-984-8598) to question the charge and spoke with a male named Yokum who told me I had signed up for a full payment. I did nothing of the kind.

Billing Adjustment I would NEVER and have NEVER paid that much for a skin cream. It was advertised as free, so I ordered it and paid postage, which was on my credit card bill. I have notified the credit card company and they have instituted a query. I would like the charge of 89.92 removed from my credit card bill.

Saw ad on internet for anti-aging cream sample for Ambrosina skin care and ordered a free sample. According to credit card statement, shipping charges were added on 9/21/18; $4.97 & $4.99 for two very small glass containers. Not sure when items were actually received, but packing slip, which I still have does not have any info about a return policy. According to credit card statement, charges for skin cream $89.92 and eye cream $89.95 were charged on 10/5/18. When reviewing purchases on credit card statement today, 11/12/18, noticed the charges. Had received another box on 11/10/18 but had not opened as of yet. Opened the box to see what the packing list said - no prices, only a standard shipping list. Again, no info about return policy. I called the number provided on the shipping paper 1-855-984-9715. The young woman, Karina, said that I had had 14 days to return the product if not satisfied. This was the first I heard this. I cancelled the order and also am returning the unopened product from this second shipment. I received return address and an RMA number and will be shipping it via U.S. Postal Service on 11/13/18. Address I am to ship to is 13266 Byrd Drive, Suite 100 #631, Odessa, FL 33556. The reason I am completing this report is I feel the advertising was misleading by not stating anything about a return policy, and no prices were given for the cost of the items in the ad. Also, Christie Brinkley's name was associated with the ad I read and now am unsure if that is legitimate. I am a senior on a fixed income and if I would've liked the cream, I would have had someone buy it for me as a Christmas gift if I liked the sample, but there is no way I could afford the cost of the cream on my limited income.

I only want the ad changed to state the limited return policy and the cost of the product. Also, to have the info on the packing slip, as well, for clarity of information to the consumer. I feel this is a very pricey item and the public should be aware of the cost of the item versus the size of the sample.

I understand the response stated above. Unfortunately, that information is not provided at the time you order the cream. Nothing is stated about a 14-day trial, nothing is stated about enrolling in a monthly subscription, nothing is stated about the cost of the product. I merely would like to prevent other unsuspecting customers from agreeing to a "trial offer" when, in fact, there is no statement about the 14-day period or the enrollment subscription. I just clicked on the ad and there have been no changes to it, which means others have been taken advantage of. Once I contacted the company, all was resolved to my satisfaction, but my complaint is with the misleading advertisement.

Advertising FRAUD:FB Ad stating you are placing a one time order at the cost of Shipping only. 14days and a charge of $90+/- for a "Sample" is charged
Ordered from a FB Advertisement for Ambrosina stating the it was a trial for the cost of shipping. Received the order timely and then found 2 charges on my credit card for nearly $90 from a company called SW Health. I called the number on the charge and found out it was these folks. They advised me I agreed to a 14 day trial and signed up for a recurring shipment. It was a HARD SELL to get me to keep the account for reoccurring so far as to offer a discount to $19+/-. I declined and kept advising I wanted a full refund and the account to be canceled. They finally agreed to cancel the account an to a 50% refund to my card ( which has apparently been initiated, we'll see because the card had already been canceled because I didn't originally know who the charges were from). I am still unhappy with this resolution as I never would have ordered this product knowing that they were going to charge more than the shipping and I do not sign up for reoccurring shipment for any facial products because I don't use them regularly enough to do so.

The products were supposed to be totally free. All I was to pay for was Shipping & Handling of $9.96. Instead, I was charged, on my Credit Card, for $179.87, & this was also supposedly authorized, by me, as a reoccurring monthly charge. I called the phone number on the packaging label, told their representative that I was calling my Credit Card Company, & opening a complaint with you. She kept trying to tell me it was only a free trial for 14 days, & then I would be charged if I didn't send it back w/in that time frame. I ordered this on 9/23/18, & didn't receive it until 10/6/18. There was no 14 day free trial period noted on their website. I received their product 13 days after I ordered it. Not only did they lie about having a free trial, they had no intentions of allowing me 14 days to try it, either. There was also no posting on their website about automatic, recurring monthly charges. THIS WEBSITE, & COMPANY ARE SCAMMERS!

Ordered some skin care cream on a trial basis, paid shipping for trial size and now the are sending me eye and skin cream every month at a price o $89.15 per each.no information was in orderer about a trial date. Not happy with either one.
