American ad specsFRAUDULENTLY placed and order for my company that I did NOT place, and ran the routing # of my company check that they had on file from an order that I placed with them about 4-years ago! Called and told them that I wanted to be refunded for this fraud,(they answered the phone on first try btw) and the person said they would investigate and get back to me in a day or so THEY NEVER CALLED BACK...and now they won't even answer the phone after I have tried calling more than a dozen times(caller id I guess) Stay FAR AWAY from this company!!!!

We notified customer that the tracking # is emailed to her when it is available and she can track activity once [redacted] has picked it up (normally 24-hours to get in system)The tracking info customer was concerned about has been delivered to customer(as well as others in the system or going in the system) Thanks

We did contact [redacted] to correct this issueShe has indicated the [redacted] as no longer with the company, [redacted] was the original customer We are in the process of refunding he charges in question and we are sending confirmations to [redacted] for refunds

We spoke with this customer and although the product and [redacted] was confirmed by customer with two different reps we have issued refund ($& 189) customer can keep the product shipped which they already have (as it is a custom item for their business) Customer should be satisfied at this point Thank You

You should know that while they are resolving the issue in a manner satisfactory to me the statements in their response are FALSE:"We spoke to customer (after making several calls the last few days to reach customer)" I received a voicemail during non-business hours and called them back the same dayI was told by the CSR that it would take at least a day to get the tracking number for the order which was already weeks late"We did go over ad-copy with customer before we printed it to be sure everything is correctHowever when customer received order they ended up wanting to change it." This is a bold faced lie! A rep did call me to discuss the artwork I sentAT NO POINT DID I EVER APPROVE VULGAR LANGUAGE TO BE ADDED TO THE ARTWORK I SENT!!! Today I did have a voicemail from themOnce again it was left during non-business hoursI did not call them back as I prefer to use this process to resolve the issue

I apologize for not responding to the Revdex.com email earlier within the daysI was out of state and I was the one in charge of dealing with this matter in the business. The company was sending me partial payments and I had told them to send me the amount owed in fullThey created a mailing label and never sent the packageI complained to them again through email and they again created a shipping label but do not send the itemThey use *** to send me partial payments. There has never been a *** *** at our businessI know my last name is ***, but there's no ***, not employee nor owner with such name not even a middle nameYou can check our bank account to see who is authorized to sign checks and our payroll records as well. They will not provide us with a single order numberThey told us we were on a monthly plan but do not release details as to what we are being sent or what the services they provide to us areThey only answer emails partialityIf I ask for invoices I only get a tracking number and like I mentioned already, they do not send anything. Since this complaint has been closed, can I create a new one? I apologize for not following throughI was not aware of the day reply ruleThank you for all the helpI can send a copy of the email correspondence if that helps you guys. Thank you!

I purchased shirts from this company on May 12, and my acct was debited on May 14, I have called about times as of today's date and never once have they called ME backShe calls my husband and says she will get him a tracking number (which never happened)!
They gave the option of COD or for a much cheaper price I could pay up front! I have never been "gotten" as to say like I have in this situationSo I figure this company has left me no choice but to begin reporting them! Do not pay up front with this company!!!!!
