Review: I fount a charge on our business account from this company. We have never done business with this company nor did we authorize the 168.00 they took out of our account. We don't know how they even got our information. After looking this company up on the Revdex.com it is very clear that this company does this a lot and I feel serious action should be taken.Desired Settlement: We want our money back and an explanation of how they got our account info.

Review: American Ad Specs has continued to bill my credit card with out my authorization and consent for the past 3 consecutive months in a row, each of the 3 charges of $258.00 each month for 3 months amounting to a total of $774.00. I have called them at their business number 866-259-7367 several times to get them to stop and discontinue the charging for products that I did not order nor have received, with no result or care from them nor will they return my calls. I have called my credit card company about the issue and have reported it to them, when they called American Ad Specs to have them stop the charges, American Ad Specs hung up on them also. I have exhausted every path I know of to get them to stop charging my credit card for services that I have not requested or authorized. I truly need this corrected and a refund from this company and to stop them from charging my credit card. Thank you.Desired Settlement: I would like for American Ad Specs to refund me on all 3 over charges, thank you.

I purchased shirts from this company on May 12, 2015 and my acct was debited 296.00 on May 14, 2015. I have called about 8 times as of today's date and never once have they called ME back. She calls my husband and says she will get him a tracking number (which never happened)!

They gave the option of COD or for a much cheaper price I could pay up front! I have never been "gotten" as to say like I have in this situation. So I figure this company has left me no choice but to begin reporting them! Do not pay up front with this company!!!!!

Review: THIS COMPANY HAS BEEN CHARGING MY CREDIT CARD SINCE APRIL OF 2014 OCCURRING EVERY OTHER MONTH OR SKIPPING MONTHS BUT IN TOTAL AROUND $ 2000 I HAVE STATEMENTS I DO NOT KNOW WHAT I GOT FROM THIS COMPANY CALLED AND THEY SAID WOULD LOOK INTO IT BUT HAVE HEARD NOTHING YET.Desired Settlement: RETURN MONEY I HAVE CANCLED CARD THAT THEY WERE USING ALSO WOULD LIKE TO KNOW HOW THEY GOT MY INFORMATION.

We have spoken to this customer, she has made a number of orders from us in the past. We did refund the charges in questions and the customer was able to keep the merchandise shipped.
