This company is HORRIBLE! I got poor quality magnets and I returned themI was offered a reduced priceI told them I could not afford $until after the first of the yearI was told to write a post dated check, which I did, with specific instructions and post dated the check until 1/19/16, They deposited my check the very next day and overdrew my accountToday Is December 9th, I just was notified of the issue with my account because these *** cashed my check weeks before they were supposed toIt was also a bank error for letting a post dated check go thru, but if it was deposited at an ATM there would have be no way to tell the date and memoThese guys are a bunch of crooks as far as I'm concernedI'm a brand new small business and they just completely screwed me up for paying other bills that are dueThanks a lot, guys

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint.  For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.This company calls to try and sell promotional products after spending 10-15 mins telling them I don't need any thing from them they charge my card for 224.00. Which I will be disputing this is the second time I have had this done. This is illegal and I'm pissed to have to deal with a shady company like this. Please refund my money and do not call us again we will no longer be accepting your calls.
If I do not receive a call by Monday 2:00 eastern time I will be disputing the charge and contacting Visa/MasterCard about the unathorised transaction and filling a police report in Alpine CA. I am pissed that a company operates this way your ability to accept credit cards should be revoked. This is illegal and agrivating for a honest business to have to deal with. Refund our money call me at [redacted] to let me know and do not call us after the refund we will no longer entertain calls for these types of products. No means No!

We did contact  [redacted]  to correct this issue. She has indicated the [redacted] as no longer with the company, [redacted] was the original customer..   We are in the process of refunding he charges in question and we are sending confirmations to [redacted] for...

We notified customer that the tracking # is emailed to her when it is available and she can track activity once [redacted] has picked it up (normally 24-48 hours to get in system). The tracking info customer was concerned about has been delivered to customer. (as well as others in the system or going in the system) Thanks

American ad specs. FRAUDULENTLY placed and order for my company that I did NOT place, and ran the routing # of my company check that they had on file from an order that I placed with them about 4-5 years ago! Called and told them that I wanted to be refunded for this fraud,(they answered the phone on first try btw) and the person said they would investigate and get back to me in a day or so. THEY NEVER CALLED BACK...and now they won't even answer the phone after I have tried calling more than a dozen times(caller id I guess). Stay FAR AWAY from this company!!!!

We spoke with this customer and although the product  and [redacted] was confirmed by customer with two different reps we have issued 2 refund ($100 & 189) customer can keep the product shipped which they already have  (as it is a custom item for their business) .

We have spoken to this customer, she has made a number of orders from us in the past. We did refund the charges in questions and the customer was able to keep the merchandise shipped.

Review: This company called to sell me key chains which I told the salesperson we already get them from another supplier. He claimed he would beat the [redacted] which was .39 ea. in a qty of 500 @ 195.00 I ended up getting charged 295.00. I hadn't had a chance to call about the up charge. 3 weeks later they arrived. Then I was furious to see another charge of 189.00 a second charge. I have tried to contact this business only to receive a answering machine. I want my money back from these shady dealings I would like to send back the product for a full refund. I do not want to deal with any dishonest companies. This is not just an honest mistake to do this twice I believe is outright theft. Please refund my money and send me the address where I can send these keychains back please. Also please do not call us I the future for sales.

Review: Ordered 150 magnet from this company for amout of $103.50.Received and Paid for it with check#1046 on 5/13/13, after I opened the package I saw they meesed up my order and brought it to their attention, they said they will make it right and send me the corrected magnet, I did not get the corrected one yet and they are not replying to my email.Desired Settlement: They sent me 150 corrected magnet or refund the money.

Review: I placed an order for bumper stickers. I paid over the phone via credit card. I was told I would receive a proof to approve. I never received the proof. I sent them print ready materials that required no changes. I was also told I would receive the order in 3 weeks. The order did not arrive for 6 weeks and they added a very rude saying at the top of the sticker. The order is unusable and they have not responded to my last 7 phone calls and emails.Desired Settlement: I would like them to replace my order with the correct artwork. And do it in a timely manner.

We spoke to customer (after making several calls the last few days to reach customer) we are redoing order as we do product replacements if a customer is not satisfied with their order. We did go over ad-copy with customer before we printed it to be sure everything is correct. However when customer received order they ended up wanting to change it.

I have been charged multiple times for no reason. If you read the reviews they all complain for the same reason. Do NOT do business with this company! I have submitted my claims to my bank and the local authorities.
