I am rejecting this response because:I told them to cancel it before the next payment was due they kept sending me payment letter after I told them to cancel the policy. So when asked for the refund they told me it was canceled for non-payment. Even though I canceled before the next payment was due. I had auto pay set with them so if a payment was due before I canceled it came out and was up to date until I canceled the policy. Seems they are just trying to cover their end in lies. Was payed up to date canceled and asked for refund. months later they tell me it was canceled for non payment. These people prayed on a Hurricane victim for money and I was told on the phone that even though the car was used and bought it was still covered. Con company after any little penny and tries manipulate their systems so no refund can be given

The account officially was supposed to be canceled in AprilWhich led to this situation since July when I contacted you guys again because transactions were still being processed for monthsI cancelled then and asked for a refund and was refused I talked to you guys recently august 23, and a agent was very rude and refused to cancel my accountBut I informed her that you guys were a scam and I was filing a complaint with the Revdex.comWhich was that same day August Then I get a call again the very next day about making a payment, again account supposed to been cancelledBut not only this time you guys actually went through with canceling my account, being that I filed a complaint the previous dayIf it was cancelled on the 8/21/why would I file a complaint about the cancellation, it would have only been about a refund of 450$It was officially cancelled on August 24, after another agent tried to argue me down again about keeping it

I have included a copy of the contract that was sent at the time of purchase. Page Tnumber outlines the excluded items of your contract. Typically, exclusions cover things that normally break down over time that would be expectedBelts, hoses, break pads, tires, light bulbs,
...ect. Please let us know if there are covered items that the shop is communicating to not be covered

We were not aware at the time of your purchase that you already had purchased additional coverage. We only have knowledge of factory issued warranty by make and model. We are happy to assist you with the cancellation of your policy with us. We will take this as your letter of
intent to cancel, but may have additional questions. We will be in contact with you via your phone number on your policy

This is the second policy that Mr*** has had with us. He purchased his first policy in Janof 2014. We contacted him that is was coming up for time to renew and he then purchased his second policy with us. It is correct that the administrator/obligor (the company that
processes any claims to the vehicle) is different this time than the last, but he still held his policy with us both times. On this second policy he paid $in total payments to the policy, but had claims paid in the amount of $1517.26. The refund calculation shows he is due 90% of the money he paid in, less claims. After the deduction for claims paid he is due no refund. Upon review of the call, the service specialist that processed the policy made no claim that it was the exact same coverage, instead, that this was the best coverage possible at his new higher mileage. Please let us know if there is any additional information we can provide

We were contacting you for the renewal of your vehicle service contract. We are the company you purchased with in July of 2012. Upon review of the original call, you requested we contact you when it was due for renewal. We will place you on our "do not contact list". Please

Sirs,I desperately require your assistance regarding my claim against American Automotive Services SolutionsI paid this company $and asked for a REFUND of money paid to date, They sent me a check for $which is $short! I am appalled that they would scam a consumer who NEVER used their services! I requestd cancellation several times only to be persistently harassed and stalled to keep the policy active when I honestly informed them that I could NO LONGER KEEP the policy and wanted to CANCEL IMMEDIATAELY.I have attached my letter to them requesting the balance of the money I paid to date in the amount of $435,I HAVE BEEN SCAMMED and NEED YOU HELP!!Sincerely,*** ** ***

Per your contract, ...there is a full refund within days. After that, any refund is pro-rated. That calculated by the amount of time and mileage that was driven since purchasing the contract. Please see the attached contract that you signed for in the mail. Page t-and
t-outline the refund process upon canceling the contract

We do not send more than one advertisement to any consumer.  There are other companies sending a similar advertisement.  Unless there is proof of more than one mailer sent from us, please remove this complaint.

01/08/2018: Mediator sent email to consumer requesting update.01/08/2018: Yes, funds were received.

I have attached notes from customer's file.  It clearly shows that she purchased of her own will on 9.14.16.  She dodged numerous calls to collect late payments.  There was no return communication until 2.17.17 when she requested to be taken off auto bill to statements, which we accepted.   She again dodged numerous attempts to collect late payments.  We then received chargebacks for her payments on 3.21.17 from the CC company, but we protested those AND WON.  The company that processes her payments for us also received a Revdex.com complaint from her, which was fraudulent.  Per the notes, we have reviewed all calls and there was never a request to cancel.  We honored her only request to go to statements.  Her account was finally cancelled due to non-payment after many failed attempts to collect late payments.  This consumer is clearly trying to work the system and give everyone a bad name because she made poor choices.  We are requesting this complaint be removed from our record as it is false information and a form of libel.  We will take legal action if necessary.

This consumer did call to cancel on 9/7/17.  We simply need her mileage to calculate the refund, as per her contract.  We are simply waiting on that to proceed.  No pressure necessary.  We are simply waiting on the correct information to complete her request.
