I just spoke with a mechanic (3/12) at the dealership where the truck was taken to; he said that these items are more defective than wear and tear.

I am rejecting this response because: I'm looking at the contract now, the message from the business, and what the dealership says needs to be done. I don't see where it says these items that need to be fixed are not covered. The oil pan, transmission line, front axle, and oil pressure sensor don't degrade due to normal wear and tear. I don't understand why they're not covering it. If they don't, I want my money back; I just sent them another monthly payment.

I am rejecting this response because: When I was initially contacted by the representative I was told a cc on file was required but that subsequent payments could be mailed in. I NEVER received any documentation or contract from this company. When I purchased my vehicle I...

was bombarded with companies offering warranty service and for less money. After researching the company and reading the COUNTLESS NEGATIVE REVIEWS, I made the decision to decline the service after the 1st month. I started receiving repeated calls from [redacted] and I was unfamiliar with who they were. AGAIN...I NEVER RECEIVED A CONTRACT OR ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY. I started receiving mail from [redacted] which I thought were solicitations because I had never heard of them. When I answered the phone from their unknown, unidentified number I told the representative "If I want your service, I will mail you a check"! In my conversation with the companies Resolutions Agent, I was upset about the repeated charges and was VERY CLEAR that I did not want anything else charged to my cc!! The said "we will no longer charge your card", my response was "I know ypu won't because Im cancelling it"! I contacted my cc card agency immediately...to stop any further transactions from being processed. I was then emailed a cancellation notice from the company. I have a 100% on time payment history with every company I am doing business with. This company has super aggressive, unprofessional and unethical business tactics. I will continue to tell anyone I come into contact with not to do business with this company. I will file as many complaints as I can, anywhere I can. I will give bad reviews after bad reviews until I and reimbursed for the monies stolen from me by this company!!! I WILL NOT GO AWAY QUIETLY! If need be, I will contact the hundreds of other people who have been taken advantage of to file a Class Action suite! At this point it is more about the principle....than the money!

I am rejecting this response because: Although they say that he explained it in that manner it's not at all true and it was over multiple phone conversations that he portrayed it being the same coverage. I don't expect to receive anything from them but please keep this as a report against them and their business tactics, meaning there is no need to contact them again.

I see the dates you listed that we spoke to you.  On your first call to us to cancel on 8.21.17 we did place the account in cancellation.  It was processed and is now already canceled.  Please let us know if there is anything else we can do in the future.

This customer is correct.  The administrator will not cover issues that are pre-existing.  This claim was filed and upon inspection it was found that there was a severe lack of maintenance, as evidenced by the large amount of sludge buildup that was found.  This is indicative of a...

gross negligence of maintenance in changing the oil.  After this was communicated to the consumer all attempts to contact this consumer resulted in no response from her.  Her payments were missed and she wouldn't return our attempts to communicate, so the policy eventually resulted in cancellation for non-payment.  Per the policy, there is no refund when this happens.  Please let us know if you need further information.

I am rejecting this response because: Contacting me 4 years after a contract has expired is unacceptable and at no time did I say you could contact me at my work place. I did advise your costumer service agent when he called my cell phone I was not interest therefore you had absolutely no reason for calling me at work!

I am rejecting this response because: Business DID NOT reveal the whole Truth as to the call I made on 9/7/2017. I specifically stated I wanted to cancel the policy IMMEDIATELY because I could NOT afford it any longer. The business rep continued trying to upsale me and even stated that he/she checked with a superior agreeing to grant me another option as well as stating that I only had just a few more months and that policy would remain for a couple more years without me having to pay anything further. I CONTINUED to stress vigorously that I wanted to CANCEL that is it and that's all! Again, he/she continued to discourage me from cancelling. Only when I became Extremely upset did the person respond by saying, okay, send me your mileage on the vehicle. I asked why and the person stated that it was business protocol! At that point I uttered that that did Not make any sense and I promptly hung up the phone!My Question is, what guarantee do I have that this business WILL in fact, REFUND moneys paid to them for services I have NOT received AND I Do Not want to hear from them in ANY fashion in the future (Received a recent notice which indicated a "Term Deadline of 9/23/2017")? ALL I WANT IS TO CANCEL AND OBTAIN A REFUND OF MONEY PAID! I await an expedient response, Thank You!

I apologize.  This customer purchased on 7/31/17 and called to cancel on 8/31/17.  I entered the wrong cancellation call date by accident.

I am rejecting this response because:This is a scare tactic and is false advertising.  On the attachment, notice the top left hand corner it says my car info, Official Business, and Penalty for Private Use.  There is no return address or info that this is an advertisement.  It also states in the middle of the page that it is a "final attempt to notify."  I had not received anything previously from this company.    There is no firm name in this document or address.  It makes you think it is from the government or the dealership.  I also believe the Securities and Exchange Commission will be very interested to review this material.  It is A. False advertising , B. Scare Tactic, and C. disguised advertising as if it is something which absolutely requires a response.  Please insure this company may no longer distribute this type of advertisement without it being fully labeled that it is ADVERTISING AND NOT "official business."  It is an AD!!!!!  They need to cease and desist!

We will answer this as we answered the review that was also made.  There is a 30 day grace period.  It is unfortunate that is upsetting because it is standard on these types of policies because we don't do a physical inspection on the vehicle.  It is the only way to give us a fair...

chance that the vehicle is not already broken.  The claim was denied because there was a payment of $185 due, but only $140 posted to the account.  We waived the late fee as a courtesy, but the claim would be denied until the full payment posted.  During that time period this consumer researched and didn't like the Revdex.com report and decided to cancel.  We did not request that, ...it was requested by this consumer.  This account will not be cancelled and refunded per the policy agreement.  Please remove this complaint as we have fulfilled this contract to the letter of the policy that was agreed upon at the time of purchase.

We were contacted by this customer, as we do not place any outbound calls.  This customer called us and purchased on 7/31/17.  This customer called in to cancel on 7/31/17 and claims we lied about the monthly payment and that we treated them unfairly.  I personally listened to the...

calls to our customer service department.  I did not find any rude treatment from our staff.  Actually, quite the contrary.  This customer called us stupid and cussed at us and then hung up.  As of 9/1/17 we understand that the customer is sending in the letter of intent to cancel and are currently processing the refund.
