I am rejecting this response because: I prefer to have them follow instructions outlined in the attachment to this complaint. The business MUST follow the instructions as outlined in the attachment. Should business fail to adhere to the instructions outlined, further action will be pursued expeditiously.I do not want ANY further letters, phone calls, emails, etc. from the business once this sensitive matter is resolved to My Satisfaction once an equitable REFUND is made.
