ACA was able to reach the customer and provided a solution that was satisfactory to Ms. [redacted]. She was also provided with my direct line should she have any questions.

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint.
The last letter/correspondence that I sent to ACA about the interest reduction that I never received was in July 2015. When I called about why the interest rate reduction was never applied to my account, according to my car payment statements, the interest was never reduced from August 2012-January 2013. The customer service representative told me that they could not go back that far and make the adjustments to my account due to end-of-year accounting and IRS reporting purposes. I never received the interest rate reduction, so why didn't anyone reduce it when the notice was initially given to them? My car payment statements always reflected the same amounts.
