Our office has reviewed the complaint submitted by Ms [redacted] *** In correspondence from the adjuster to our office, she was accusing our office of billing for items that were not paid out for on the insurance estimate We emailed the adjuster back that we are not billing for anything more than what was provided on the insurance estimate that she drafted and sent to our office If there is a mistake made by the adjuster, she has not advised us of any mistake and has been non-responsive to our office Ms [redacted] has hired an attorney who we have been working with as well to resolve this situation If the adjuster has made an error, then a revised insurance estimate should be provided to our office for review The last time we spoke with Ms [redacted] ***'s attorney he was also waiting to hear back from the adjuster Our office has billed Ms [redacted] exactly what was on the insurance estimate that her adjuster drafted If a change needs to be done by the adjuster, then a revised estimate needs to be provided to our office for review We ask Ms [redacted] ***'s attorney to continue to work with our office He can reach [redacted] or reach him via email at [redacted]

Initial Business Response / [redacted] (1000, 5, 2015/04/14) */ Mr [redacted] 's roof replacement was completed on 8/29/Our office was informed of the reported leak on 11/18/The Service Department did repair the roof and communicated with Ms [redacted] on 12/10/regarding an area of drywall in the garage that needed to be replaced due to water damageOur service policy is to collect proper photo documentation before issuing any form of a credit as the homeowner requestedOur office did receive a photo on 1/14/showing a small section of drywall that needed to be replaced and would not exceed an unreasonable amountOur company does not complete interior repairs and American Dream Home Improvement was willing to offer a courtesy credit on the homeowner's account that was fair based off of our service teams estimate and damage shown in the photo received We have acknowledged the homeowner's concerns regarding lack of communication throughout the process of the drywall repair, and have since worked out a resolution on Mr [redacted] 's account for the pieces of drywall to be replacedOur Service Department will have a company to complete the repair, but need access at Mr [redacted] residence to complete the estimates and have not been able to set up a timeWe ask that Mr [redacted] contacts [redacted] XXX-XXX-XXXX Ext or responds by email so we can continue moving forward on the resolution

American Dream Home Improvement reached out to Ms [redacted] regarding the build that took place on her property We have discussed the lack of communication regarding her property and her build An offer was made to Ms [redacted] regarding all of the problems that she has experienced with American Dream Home Improvement We are working towards an amicable resolution in order to move forward to accommodate our homeowner as well satisfy the work that was performed Ms [redacted] is to follow up with Jeff Mate in our Account Resolutions Department after November 8th, at 877- [redacted] *** We are confident that we can come to a fair agreement between both parties

We have contacted Mr [redacted] We have addressed the leak, there is still interior damage from that leak We have requested an estimate from Mr [redacted] to have the damages addressed and we will cut him a check He has agreed to provide us with an estimate and we can get this account resolved Again, should Mr [redacted] have any further questions or concerns, he should call [redacted] or email him at [redacted] @adhi4u.com

We sent one of our Production Managers back to the property We made sure that all of the areas are sealed properly While we were there, the chimney was also getting replaced as well as Mr [redacted] stated in his response We still believe the issue to be resolved now that the chimney has been replaced and we have made sure all of the areas are sealed tight Should Mr [redacted] have any issues in the future, he should contact [redacted] ext [redacted] or email him at [redacted] @adhi4u.com

We went to the property yesterday and we have taken care of the drip edge issue The reason she did not receive a call back from [redacted] was because he was out of the office [redacted] had already spoken with Mrs [redacted] and set up a service call for her The issues with the drip edge have been completed Mrs [redacted] had a very small balance that was owed to us and we credited the balance off as a courtesy There is no balance due to our office and all the workmanship issues have been resolved Should Mrs [redacted] have further questions or concerns, she can contact [redacted] at [redacted] ext***

The bill as I text them a copy of states that gutters were on the billThey say it wasn'tAdded we are willing to pay the amount they have on this contract for gutters and roof in the amount if she I talked with the guy [redacted] he said we owed moreWas supposed to call us back never didI called a lady we have talked to from the same office named ***She was looking into it never called me backLast Friday I tried to call [redacted] back to explain that we would pay the amount on the contractAnd to also inform him we noticed the drip edge was damaged when they put the gutters onI'm not paying anymore till I hear from them and have the drip edge inspected and fixedU can never talk to the same person or get anyone to call u backThey were better at calling us back after you contacted themNow after the gutters are up they are hard to get a hold of againWe are willing to pay what's was stated on the contract hereBut want the drip edge fixed they damaged when they put the gutters on then will pay what's on the contract

Our office is in communication with Mrand Mrs [redacted] regarding their reported concernsWe have a scheduled appointment with our Project Manager to meet with Mr [redacted] either today 9/8/or 9/9/to investigate the reports of the workmanship with the gutter guards from our roof installation completed on 9/19/We ask Mrand Mrs [redacted] to keep the line of communication open to with our Customer Service Representative [redacted] , [redacted] or Customer Service Supervisor Heather ***, ###-###-#### Ext [redacted] if any further questions or concerns between the inspection process comes up

We have spoken with Mrs [redacted] regarding her complaint that she has filed It appears the sales representative that was working with her husband, no longer works for our company We cannot confirm if what she is stating is actually what took place, however we have agreed to work with Mrs* *** Mrs [redacted] claims she emailed the sales representative that she wanted to cancel We have asked for that as that would help us pinpoint what exactly went wrong here Mrs [redacted] has not provided us with those emails We did ask her why she did not call our office to cancel after materials were dropped off at her house She stated that she didn't know we were doing roof so she didn't know what it was for There was actually no communication from Mror Mrs [redacted] to our office for over a month after the work was completed It seems odd that if the work was not to be done, why no call would have been made when materials were delivered or any call for over a month after the roof was replaced The only time we received a call was over a month later when she had received an invoiceWe feel that had Mror Mrs [redacted] contacted us when materials were delivered, all of this could have been avoidedAll of this aside, we want to resolve the complaint We have agreed on a settlement with Mrs [redacted] and she is sending in her final payment Should Mrs [redacted] have any further questions or concerns, she can feel free to email [redacted] at [redacted] @adhi4u,com or call him directly at [redacted] ***

The American Dream Home Improvement customer service center has been working with Ms [redacted] regarding the complications that went on during her build since December 4th, Multiple emails and phone calls have been exchanged regarding the events that took place American Dream Home Improvement had been asking for a list of materials and items that had been damaged and the documentation to back this up At this time, American Dream Home Improvement has agreed to resolve Ms [redacted] issues with a credit towards her account in order for her to repair and/or replace any items that were damaged This offer was accepted by Ms [redacted] and she has agreed to drop her dispute with American Dream Home Improvement American Dream Home Improvement is always willing to work with our homeowners on a reasonable and amicable solution to any problems that may arise with a build At this time, we consider this matter resolved If Ms [redacted] has any further questions or concerns, we ask her to contact Customer Service [redacted] **
