We have exchanged emails with Ms. [redacted] and are working on coming to a resolution for all of her service issues. We will be working with Ms. [redacted] on a resolution regarding the trim color of her siding. Ms. [redacted] decking was not replaced as it was in good shape and there... were no issues with not replacing the existing decking. Pictures of the existing decking were forwarded to Ms. [redacted] to show that there were no issues with rot or damage. A full audit of our bill was completed upon the complaint filed by Ms. [redacted] and has since been rectified. We are looking to work out a time in order to address any services that remain including her window wraps, a boot to be replaced, and any remaining issues with the roofing portion. Should Ms. [redacted] have any further questions or concerns, she should continue to contact Jeff [redacted] at [redacted] or via email at [redacted]

Mr. [redacted] advise he never received a copy of his contract, however it is company policy for our Sales staff to leave a copy with the customer upon signing it.The issue of the vents were discussed and it was... reiterated to Mr. [redacted] that his insurance company did not approve a replacement of his roof vents. A discount in the amount of $500 was extended and the remaining balance was entered into a payment plan. Should Mr. [redacted] have any additional questions he may contact [redacted] at [redacted] ext ***.

We have reviewed the complaint filed by Mr*** We have been calling and leaving voicemails and sending him emails to contact our office When our office does speak with him, he is always running out the door and does not want to speak with us over the phone He does have a balance due for the roof, however, nobody has called for payment yet as we are trying to figure out the issues with his shingles When we did send someone to the property, we investigated the issues he has with the shingles not lying flat Upon inspection of his home, he does not have adequate soffit ventilation The poor airflow is what is causingthe moisture to build up within the home The moisture is trying to escape, but because he does not have proper ventilation, the moisture is rising and lifting the shingles Mr [redacted] needs to have his soffits properly ventilated which will resolve the problems he is having We have tried on several occasion to contact him about this There are no issues with the roof or how it was installed Mr [redacted] did sign a contract for the work to be completed The warranty documents are provided once the account has been paid in full as is common with any product you would purchase with a warranty His claims are that we have not come to the property to inspect, but we have inspected everything, he has just not been able to speak with our office when we call We ask that Mr [redacted] contact [redacted] at [redacted] or email her back at [redacted] @adhi4u.com

Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because: Yes my balance is paid in full but American dreams home were charging me 11,00.00 dollars and when I made a complaint with the BBB then they change the amount to around 9,000 and some which is what my adjuster had said it should have been. bringing my balance down to around 2,500 instead of around 4,000. They also have not provided me with my warranty for the roof and my final receipt which they said it would be mail to my home. I have the statement to prove what I'm saying. Sincerely, [redacted]

A representative has met with Mr [redacted] to inspect where the leak was coming from At the time of the inspection, we have not been able to clearly identify where the leak is coming from There are no signs it is coming from the roofThe only interior damage is coming from the basement, which is directly located under the bathroom There was no evidence of interior damage on the first floor so it is unclear where the leak is coming from or if it even has anything to do with the roof We did speak with Mr [redacted] today and reached an agreement on the balance due which he accepted At this point, we are considering the matter resolved Should Mr [redacted] have any additional questions or concerns, he can feel free to reach [redacted]

Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because: you have still made no attempt at contactAlso there are different spots where my roof was leaking.the siding could not have been the cause Sincerely, [redacted]
