I am rejecting this response because:On Tuesday 11/my wife spoke with *** in the Omaha office regarding the install for the siding at that time she informed him that there was damage done to the east side of the house that was exposed due to a storm and *** removing our existing siding, *** stated that the crew would make the repairsMy wife explained to *** that she wanted the name of the Project Manager to be onsite, the start date and times as well as the finish date and times, *** stated he would get back to her with that information, she told him he would have to contact me (***) as the stress from this ordeal was to just much and she was working. On 11/I (***) received a call from *** and informed him I would have to call him back as my wife *** was admitted into the hospital.That day the crew showed up and began removing the old siding from our home. On 11/I spoke with *** requesting that he send a Project manager onsite he stated it would be *** or *** (I can't remember) neither of them were thereI had to continually check on the crew to make sure the job was being done correctly as well as check on my wife that was released from the hospital later that afternoonI had notice on a few occasions that the crew was not installing the house wrap correctly, the window flashing was not being placed as I thought it should be.On 11/I received a call from the Omaha office stating they are setting up a date to walk to site with one of their contractors and someone from the Omaha officeOnce that is done and we have all reach an agreement on price, warranty and the job is completed correctly we will be more than happy to close this claim but not until then.

We have worked with them and they keep changing what they want to doThey can add what they have done to our current loan, but they keep wanting us to get new financing, even putting a 2nd mortgage on our house for $for yrsI think that is completely stupid for approx$of the windows we have receivedThey did try to work with us so it seemed, but when we mailed back in the papers with a letter from our current lender that covered the cost of the installed windows they kept trying to come in and install other windowsThey say they would be happy to work with us, but they sent nasty collection letters and a demand to be admitted to our house to install windows that we do not want and cannot afford because they did not follow through with the statements made by their salesman and one of the office managers, ***What they have been trying to do is to make us get more financing than the purchase price of the windows and have threatened us to try to do itTheir practices are deceitful, harassing, pushy, and full of intimidationWe found an agreement and they are the ones that did not proceedInstead they continued trying to come into our home and install more windowsI think that is the reason they will not continue with the alternate agreement is because of the two remaining windows, that were not installed when they tried to change the terms of the original agreementThen they continued trying to get us to agree to financing that had terms that we did not agree with and had extended terms or a lean on our home for years for approx$worth of windowsI don't think any person would accept terms like that and then the bullying startedSo, no I do not accept what they are sayingWe have contacted and what we got in return was a threatening letter to sue, so if anyone should contact maybe it should be them with an apology and an honest effort to work with us, because what we have so far is a bad taste in our mouth from all the stuff that has been spreadWe are repeat costumers and our first experience was a good oneI have no idea what has taken place in this company, but I will not say anything good about this experienceI do have an email from the salesman apologizing to us for the way things went

Our finance team worked with the customer to find a solution to the financing issueThe customer did not like the solution and declinedWe have not been able to reach an agreement with the customer that is satisfactory to themWe are happy to continue to work with the customer - however, we
are not able to do exactly what they are asking us to
At this point, we have exhausted all options that we are able to doThey are welcome to contact me directly for further concerns and discussion

The *** office has been able to make contact with the *** and have an appointment scheduled for the 29th to resolve there issues We should have conclusion at that time

This was an unfortunate example of when American Exteriors was not able to accept the contract as written We reserve the legal right to refuse any contract that can not be fulfilled by material or pricing means When it was discovered that the contract was not going to be accepted, we
had the district sales manager, *** ***, contact the Byus and explain the situation I interviewed him about this conversation and feel that he did not do anything inappropriate He did say that the conversation did become agitated and was hung up on The attached letter was sent to the Byus's as notification that the contract would not be accepted Please refer to this as the official company response Attachment was emailed to the Revdex.com coordinator We apologize for this incident

I am rejecting this...

response because:they have "finished the job" but we have not agreed on compensation for the issues (which by the way, I just emailed them MORE pictures two weeks ago of our surround on our new door bowing because of the heat), emotional distress and damages we encountered while dealing with them. We were still communicating VIA email just last week, up until we did not accept their offer. At that point they stopped responding to us, provided an "invoice" (which was actually our original contract, nothing about our current dispute with them) to [redacted] and pushed our payment through without our authorization. and AGAIN I will point out that we DID NOT settle on an agreement for compensation.

The first set of service issues have been completed and the Omaha office has been in contact with [redacted] to take care of the last issue with the cracked frame.  The material is ready and we are working with the Root's for a warmer day to replace this per their request.  We are watching...

the 10 day weather forecast to accommodate this.  We do apologize that it has taken this long to get this accomplished.
