Called Hurst appliance for a repair on my washer. They were able to order the part over the phone by asking for the model number. The part came in within days. Technician came and installed part! Great service and customer service! I will recommend Hurst to all my friends!

I am rejecting this response because:I was assured that the entire process would be covered under my warranty.  Not only has it been four months plus to get this one thing done I was NEVER informed that I would be charged one dime for this.I have a lifetime warranty on all the windows, which there is still broken hardware to replace on most if not all of them[redacted] has misled me, then if he claims now, out of the blue , that I now have a bill. Not only did I not get informed of this, I was not informed when the window was finally put in!I have been very patient with this whole problem, and I still have to wait now, for warmer weather again, to get the rest of the work done that could have been done last fall.  I am just waiting for warm weather again for the rest of the work, that I was told time and time again, that I would not have to pay anything for. Sincerely,
