Please be advised that despite the fact that the Complainant Insured did not report this 03/08/14 comprehensive loss to the Company immediately, as required, repairs for Complainant's vehicle were authorized on 04/03/14, less than two (2)...

weeks after notice of the loss.
In the complaint the Complainant erroneously alleged: "...I have been given false information about what my coverage covers and what it dose and don't cover..." Please be advised that the Complainant inquired about rental reimbursement coverage and was appropriately advised that his policy did not provide rental reimbursement coverage for comprehensive losses.
In addition, we are unable to honor the Complainant's request for the "refund of my deductable" as the deductible is applicable for every loss.

I DO NOT ACCEPT THERE RESPONSE IF MY LOSS WAS ENTER 3-08-14 AND WAS GIVEN FALSE ESTIMATES SO I DECIDED TO GO WITH SOMEONE ELSE BECAUSE THERE WERE MORE DAMAGES THAT WERE NOT NOTED DURAN AUTO HAD TO ADD MORE DAMAGES THAT WERE MISS BY YOUR APPRAISER YES I ENQUIRER ABOUT INFOR INREGARDS A RENTAL AND I WAS GIVEN INFORMATION I WAS COVER NOW I FIND OUT THAT IM NOT IF I WOULD OF KNOWN THIS I WOULDNT RENTED I HAVE TO PAY A 500 DED AND ALSO PAY OUT OF MY POCKET HUNDREDS OD DOLLARS CAUSE OF MIS INFORMATION

I WOULD LIKE TO ADD THAT I FILED 3-08-14 AND MY CAR WAS ADMITTED IN FOR REPAIR 04-16-14 THAT IS A MONTH AND SOME DAYS THEY REALLY SHOULDNT BE IN BIUSNESS

As stated previously, repairs to the Complainant's vehicle were authorized less than two (2) weeks after notice of loss. The Complainant was also advised that repairs could be completed at his own body shop or any of our preferred repair facilities and that he would be responsible for his deductible, which is applicable for every loss. The Complainant finally decided to have the repairs completed at one of our preferred repair facilities. There was no delay caused by this Company.
In the complaint the Complainant alleged that he "...ENQUIRER ABOUT INFOR INREGARDS A RENTAL AND I WAS GIVEN INFORMATION I WAS COVER NOW I FIND OUT THAT IM NOT..." Please note that the first inquiry the Complainant made with this Company about rental reimbursement coverage for this loss was on 04/15/14. The Adjustor appropriately advised the Complainant that his policy did not provide rental reimbursement coverage for comprehensive losses.
