This customer's name is not on the receipt.  The customer's name on the receipt is Barbra N[redacted]  We called this customer and explain that this mattress was on backorder and would not be in-in the 30 days and she could be totally refund, this customer wanted to wait for the purchase....

 We offered a free upgrade on another design, customer refused and wanted to wait.  This mattress is still on backorder so we are transferring this mattress from another store and having it delivered today.  For the customers inconvenience we are giving them a free mattress protector which carries a warranty.Please be advised that American Freight must deal with the person who's name is on the receipt! The individual associated with customer and who wrote this Revdex.com complaint has become to aggressive and cannot be reasoned with.    PLEASE ADVISE CUSTOMER..... If this customer wants to be refund, they may but then can not keep the mattress also.

This customer walked into our showroom floor, went over to our mattresses and pick out and purchased. This customer then went over to the counter where we have a HUGE SIGN SAY "ALL SALES ARE FINAL" and paid for the mattress. This customer received a receipt for this mattress where it states "ALL...

SALES ARE FINAL".
Our sales people are not trained to hide any American Freight policies and are of respect.
American Freight would be happy to do a claim on this mattresses with the manufacturer. This customers dislike could be that there is a defect in this mattress. Please have this customer send pictures of any damage or defect to myself at [redacted]@americanfreight.us and I will make sure a claim gets done to see if we can get it replaced.
American Freight cannot take back a mattress that has been sleep on and then be returned but we would be happy too do a claim to see if we can get it replaced. This customer will not be refunded.

This customer has been contacted to inform it is in on 9/29 we called customers father and could not leave a message because there is no voice mail set up.   Please inform this customer that his loveseat is in.

American Freight will replace this dresser for this customer.   It is on order and as soon as it comes into inventory we will call the this customer.

Please advise this customer that the manufacturer has the order on a backorder and American Freight sincerely apologizes. Our purchasing department show the PO is producing the first week of June and to arrive at the American Freight store by the late 2nd week of June.

Hello I filed a complaint. The business American Freight responded back with a resolution and never followed through. Every time I call them they keep saying it hasn't come through yet. They stated 4-6 weeks it is now going on 2 months. I also forwarded a picture with the complaint #. At this point what should I do.

American Freight cant copy these attachments from the Revdex.com website here.    THEY MUST BE SENT TO THIS ADDRESS ABLING THIS SECOND WARRANTY CLAIM FOR THIS CUSTOMER.Please remember that this customer first warranty was denied.  We will do a 2nd warranty claim which is determined by the manufacturer not American Freight.

The transfer ran a day later then the customer was told...OUR APOLOGIES!! It was sent out the following day and the customer now has the furniture.

Customer purchased the posture plus in a twin set ($98). I did recommend her a bunkie as it was the only twin size set in stock within her price range and significantly more comfortable than her original purchase. She thanked me and said she would go back to the store to see it. I spoke to my...

manager that day and told him that if she did not want to reselect, to refund her entirely. He assured me that he would.  She is more than welcome to come in for a refund.

Although it is our policy and it is on his receipt...."CANCELLATION OF A LAYAWAY MUST BE MADE WITHIN 10 DAYS OR IT BECOMES A STORE CREDIT"....we will refund [redacted].   Please advise to him.  Our store manager will be calling him about any particulars....

Our Regional Manager has called this customer. American Freight will replace the bottom of the table. We will deliver tomorrow 2/24. We apologize for all the miss communications!! This customer was given a free upgrade of $200 and also was refunded back on her card $228.00

We offered a $200 free upgrade on a reselection and the customer accepted and it has been delivered.

We gave her two free lamps for the inconvenience, and exchanged the product in question. She is satisfied. Thanks!

OUR LAYAWAY POLICY STATES:
"American Freight does not represent to hold the merchandise at the sale location once the account is opened but will guarantee the price. We request a minimum of for weeks notice prior to pick-up or delivery of your merchandise to ensure your order is in stock"
As with any merchandise sold in any store all purchase must be paid in full in order to take home. If the customers purchase is not in stock of time of paid in full we have 4 weeks to get it in stock or customer is refunded.
This customer has been refunded and we apologies that this customer did not understand our layaway policy!

Hi [redacted], this is what my Regional Manager has advised:This customer will be coming in this week.  We are going to swap her out to get her taken care of.  We don't want to keep relying on ordering the cushions.  She is happy with that and will be in to reselect.

Customer will be getting mirror on Sunday and we apologize for any inconvenience!

Customer can not be refunded as I stated in our first response but has options to reselect or store credit.  There will be no refund.
