Here it is Friday afternoon 2/26/16 at 5:04 pm and I've not heard or seen anyone to replace my damaged piece to my table, I was told someone would be here between 3-5 and nothing yet...Really and I spent out all this money and still not satisfied, what kind of company does business like this...

The product in my house is broken and is not over a year old. The product is 6 months old and American Freight was made aware of the issue immediately upon arrival of the furniture in February 2016. It is not my fault that a broken couch was delivered and for 6 months I have been trying to get the right product sent to me. A replacement couch is NOT sitting in the store. I was told I could exchange the damaged product that I received for a different product of the same value. I don't want a different product and I was told the product that I paid for is no longer manufactured or available. If the couch I paid for is no longer available, I should receive a refund. Pictures have already been sent to the business not once, but twice. This is unacceptable.
