In the store itself I was helped by some of the best salesman. They weren't pushy and gave me options. What sucks is they don't tell you upfront that they don't have full sets of furniture there in the store until you are ready to buy, then when you are finalizing it the break the news that they are missing items and it will be about a month till they get those items. In addition the delivery service makes the whole process even worse, you have to pay the drivers cash and items show up broken and abused and no one cares at all and it's a headache to get things corrected. The drivers don't care if they make it on time or even if they show up at all and I spent a whole day at home waiting and never got partner my order that is coming at different times and expected to get between $35-$45 cash each time.
All in all I don't recommend shopping here because they don't value the customer at all and it's just sad.

I purchased a bedroom set and have not received the drawer yet. I keep calling no answer so, I called the finance company that are taking the payment that keep telling it's nothing they can do.

I did receive my dresser.

We visited the store on Sunday 6-3-18 at approx. 1pm. Our mission was to try to locate a ottoman that came close to matching existing furniture. As we walked through the area there were two smaller ottomans sitting beside a post and clearly marked $99.00each, tags were attached. The salesperson came over and we advise him we might want one of those but wanted to look at the rest of the items. When we went to the counter to purchase the $99.00 ottoman, the salesperson started keying in stuff and then oh its priced wrong, the price tags are attached to the ottomans. He then says that the correct price is $198.00, he said that was a old sign from a sale awhile ago, this is nothing but a bait and switch operation.

I am rejecting this response because: The units were clearly marked with price tags attached to each unit that was $99.00, the correct response would have been half that price due to their error, or $50.00 not counting the wasted time this has created, plus the fuel and travel time.

We purchased a loveseat and couch from this location. We also bought the upgraded warranty which protected both pieces 100% for 5 years. American Freight apologizes for the inconvenience to the customer for the time its taking to get answers on their warranty. The warranty on the frame of this item was valid for a period of 1 year from their original purchase date of 11/14/16 , however, American Freight would be happy to give the customer a store credit of the amount paid to get replacement items.

I went to American Freight towards the beginning of April to get a twin plush memory foam mattress. They didn’t have any in stock, saying it has to be special ordered. 4 week wait. So I chose the lease to own since they go by the paycheck. 4 weeks time is up and I hear nothing, not a word. So in I go to inquire about it on May 2nd. My sales guy, Lance, has another sales lady call the lady who handles special orders. That lady informs her that she didn’t get my order until a week before and that I would have to wait another month if I wanted it. Which I opted to. We had to redo my contract since I never received the mattress and I thought everything went well. Wrong! I went in on Saturday May 26th to find out it never came in on the truck the week before. I was livid. Ready to cancel everything. My guy Lance found another store in town that has my mattress. Here it is Wednesday. Not heard a thing. Me myself and I will have to go in just to find out what is going on. That’s not how a business should be. Me going in. The lady who handles the special orders should not be employed as she obviously doesn’t care. I plan on going in Friday, AGAIN, after work. If nothing is resolved, I am canceling my order completely and will tell anyone who’ll listen, not to do business with American Freight. I just want to have the mattress I ordered. It’s that simple.

I have bites everywhere and am itching like crazy.I don't know if they are fleas or bed bugs but I am going crazy, I need this couch removed as soon as possible and want a full refund as well as my delivery charge refunded. This is unhealthy and am feline sick and feverush. Not to mention my poor 2 year old grand daughter. I'm afraid to sit on this thing. I covered it in pkastic. Sprayed it to no avail. American Freight has scheduled visits from services to help keep bugs and pests out of our location. Therefore, we have very strict procedures to prevent bugs of any type from infesting our merchandise.

Furthermore, we have not had any complaints of bug infestations at this location; therefore, we do not believe that American Freight is responsible for the bugs in your home.

I was told they would have to see if its still available,now to me and most other places that advertise layaway you put so much down and they store what u purchase until picked up. Not the case at this business which I was not told about,your paying for and on the amount of money you spend in store.That is not my understanding so I ask for my money back,I'm told they would have corporate send me a check or return in credit card used. I explain to C regional management I no longer have that card it was a card I had with my mother who is now deceased and I no longer have that card.So today I received a partial check with info other portion will be on MasterCard after I explained I no longer have that card it is still put on someone's MasterCard they didn't even put # on the card they put it on.They are false advertising layaway I have checked with three other furniture stores that sale same quality of furniture and they have layaway as in home furniture until paid off. Now I need the rest of my money back and I'm getting the run around. The customer stated they have another Mastercard available we would be happy to put the refund in question back onto that card. The customer can stop into the store location at their convenience and we would be happy to take care of it.

It's been almost five months now and I haven't received a new sofa or loveseat fr this company yet. I've been waiting patiently, and No One has given me a call, text, or email to update me about the status of receiving my replacement set. My fiance and I purchased a bedroom set on 5/13/18. We rented a uhaul to pick up our set. We arrived, purchased our $800 bedroom set. We attempted to assemble our set on the following Tuesday. They failed to give us the headboard piece. We called the store and were told "we have it, we forgot to load it up, if you want to pay for the delivery fee we can have it out to you tomorrow." When told that we don't believe we should have to pay for this service as it was their error, and we have no transportation to pick up this large item, we were told "We can throw you $20 for gas." This was also after we called back because we were hung up on. Very disrespectful staff and unwilling to make it right. Our frame and foot board is covered in scratches and staples from poor assembly. We also had to cut a piece of the wood that they made too long for the frame. At this point, I am looking for delivery of the headboard and some form of credit, or someone to come pick up this set for a full refund. American Freight has been extremely unhelpful in this situation. After looking up reviews, I am shocked they are still operating.
