Hi, We spoke to Customer yesterday before she put Complaint With Revdex.com, This Service was Performed a Year Ago , 12/06/The UV Light Product Comes with Lifetime Warranty The Customer informed us the Unit was not working and We offered her to replace the Unit for FREE of Cost to Her as
it covered under Warranty We do not Offer any refund for Service provided over yearif she doesn't want the UV light unit we can uninstall and give it to the customerWe offered this to the customer and then customer started using abusive language and hang up the line on us. We still Willing to Replace her the UV light UnitOr As a Courtesy we Can can issue a $Refund.Thank you,American Fresh Air

Complaint: ***I am rejecting this response because: They want to go to court. So be it. To claim they never touched the pipe is impossible. They are just going to let their insurance company fight with my insurance company. So be it. I just want to make as many people aware of this sham business as possible. I am rejecting this response because:I am wondering why you are not commenting about the lifetime furnace cleaning that was part of the service contractYou just keep on commenting about the replacement of the unit It sounds to me that the lifetime furnace cleaning was not really part of the deal and I was just completely lied to to pay $Just for the unit.I demand for the original service contract that I signed to be attached in your next response so Revdex.com can review it as well I want to see if you guys really keep tabs of these service contracts that you’re supposed to honor and commit to.It sounds like this is more than advertising and service issue.

We attaching here the original invoice.As you can see she has only life time warranty on the UV Light System and the Filter (BOTH IS manufacturer warranty). She also has TIME yearly service that we booked with her for but she canceled it!!!!Thanks

We Spoke to the Customer on 2/3/regarding the complaint and she gave us call back on 2/5/informing us the resolution we provided to her was fare and she is happy with it

We tried to talk the customer we explained about the service , the customer did not want to listen to us and hang up the phone on us.
We don't think we need to refund any money back as the service was performed and completedBut we are willing to Refund $
