This is a telemarketing scam masquerading as a benefit to disabled workers. They called my aged and mentally incompetent mother-in-law who agreed to buy twelve 40 watt incandescant lightbulbs for $140.00 Retail for this product is $1 per bulb or $12 for this order. I called to return the product. I was told that wasn't possible but the bill could be settled for $50.00 and they will put her on their No Call List. I am going to pay this amount to resolve the issue but it is clearly a rip-off. I don't know if there are any handicapped or disadvanatged workers but I suspect if so, this is a sheltered workshop and someone else if profiting, This is not a charity.
