The hole in the middle of this customers headboard could not be repaired. Even though this was not a manufactures defect we ordered and delivered this customer a new headboard

We appreciate this customers business and are very sorry that her requested furniture was discontinued by the manufacturer. We were able to located her table and three chairs and have delivered them to her. We have ordered her a fourth chair from the parts department and it should be
arriving soon. We want to thank her for her business

We have delivered brand new furniture in its manufactured packaging and received a signed receipt of delivery indicating it was received in good conditionThe delivery was for all but worth of her merchandiseThe rest of the merchandise will be in on January 27thWe are more than happy to
refund her or get her the merchandise when it arrivesWe apologize for any inconvenience

We have had a very difficult time talking to this customer. We held her merchandise for several months leaving messages to schedule delivery and could not reach her. We reordered her merchandise after finally hearing from her and have been unable to talk to her to schedule
delivery. We have left several messages with no response from her. Even though we have not received a return call we have attempted to deliver twice and she was not home. We need this customer to call and arrange delivery by April 5th or we will have to release her merchandise again
