Went into the store on July 12th, 2015, ordering 4 dressers for my house, spending over 1000 dollars. I was told they would be delivered on 14 July 2015. only 2 of the 4 were delivered. I had to call the store and find out why the other 2 dressers weren't on the truck, and was told that they were not in stock, even though I was told when I bought them that all dressers were in stock. I was then told that the truck would arrive on 17 july 2015, and they would deliver them that day. on 17 July 2015, I again had to call because we still had not received our other 2 dressers, and was told that the salesman read the date wrong, and that it was being shipped from Wisconsin on 17 July, and that it would not arrive in San Antonio until 21 July. on 21 July I went into the store at 4pm and still had not received my dressers. I was told the truck had been delayed, and that they could substitute 2 in stock dressers that were the same price. I agreed as long as they would be delivered today, 22 July. I was told that I would be called at 10 am today to coordinate delivery, but I have not received a call. upon calling the store, the 2 replacement dressers that were "in Stock" were sold to someone else, and my dressers from Wisconsin STILL have not arrived. I am beyond fed up with this company, but they refuse to refund me.

I am rejecting this response because:First and for most accordings to them my number was disconnected,so how was they leaving messages? I work just like they do,on my job I am required to do overtime,so if I'm not available at thier call,then maybe I'm busy.They are suppose to arrange delivery,not deliver it when they want to.I was not home,because I was at work!I did not confirm the delivery,because I was not going to be there.according to them if you don't confirm,then they will not deliver,why they tried to deliver twice without confirmation is my fault.anyway I made arrangements to have the mattress delivered Saturday 3-15-14 and it was,then they called 3-19-14 to make arrangements to deliver my mattress,and I informed them that I already had it delivered,they are not a company that I would do buiness with again,and obviously don"t know whats being done,because [redacted] would have known I recieved it!I try to be a honest person,and as a company maybe someone there needs to pratice the same ,or have some kind of morals!

I got a desk, mattress, and bedroom set from here on three different occasions. The employees in store were always great and the delivery team were on time, fast, and delivered without a scratch on it. Very professional, I would buy from here again.

delivered partial of the order. Still no communication. Nothing is resolved. They have all my information and will take money out my account when I did not agree to any payments. This business is the worst I have ever seen in my life!! They can't even deliver correctly. Some parts was left at the store and I have the mirror but no dresser.WHY?? I THOUGHT IT WAS SPECIAL ORDERED!!

I am rejecting this response because:We never asked for a loaner couch, on March 23rd they brought us the wrong couch and left it in our house even though we told them we didn't want it.  The delivery guys called the manager [redacted] and he said they had the right couch they just brought the wrong one and that they would deliver it either later that day or in the morning.  The delivery guys left leaving the "loaner couch" we never asked for in our living room taking up almost the entire living room.  I went into the store to talk to [redacted] in person and he said that he told me they have our couch and the delivery guys just grabbed the wrong one and that it would be delivered in the morning.  So the next day at about 11 I called them again.  Talked to ** this time.  He said they don't have our couch and that they would have to re-order it.  Said we would have it by April 6th.  That date came and went again with nothing so called and asked for the status. ** said it would be delivered on April 8th at 10am.  They showed up close to 12 on the 8th and brought the exact same model they brought the first time. Delivery guys called manager once again and he said so sorry we grabbed the wrong one again.  I promise you we do have it this time though and it will be delivered at 6pm today.  Tried to call the delivery guys several times at 6 and they kept ignoring my calls. Called the store and ** answered and said that the delivery guys were in Selma and couldn't be there until 8:15.  8:15 came (store closes at 8) delivery guys won'the answer their phone.  Called store no answer because they were closed.  Called delivery guy back again still no answer.  Used a different phone and he answered right away.  So they were ignoring my phone calls.  He said that ** never told him about delivering it and that he was never in Selma.  Most unprofessional and dishonest people I have ever dealt with.

We are very sorry for the communication errors and product delays that this customer has endured. We have delivered a sectional on loan to [redacted] and will be getting his sectional in on 4-6-2016 from the manufacturer and will deliver when it arrives. We appreciate his business.

I had the worst experience with this company. My items did not come on time. When I ordered them the store never sent the order so it took extra time to receive. Some of the representatives were not very nice considering it was their fault my stuff was not received on time.
