I am rejecting this response because: I did not receive all of my merchandise. I pacificly stayed before I made the purchase what I wanted. Now the miscommunication needs to much better with the business. I refuse to contact the store due to the lack of communication is received and dishonest I also received. I will never do anymore business there again. And I want a full refund of what I owe to me for my missing merchandise.

We apologize for any inconvenience that the customer had to endure. The customer has the correct furniture and is satisfied. We appreciate this customer's business.

I paid for it with my Master Card.

We appreciate this customers business and are sorry that her requested furniture has been delayed for so long by the manufacturer.  We have already issued her a full refund for her merchandise.  The rug was added to her invoice without cost because of her commitment to wait for the delayed...

furniture.  She no longer wants to wait so only our cost with no additional markups of the rug will remain on her invoice.  If she wants to return the rug we will refund the cost of the rug.  We have a check prepared for $19.02 for the remainder of her refund that can be mailed if she requests.  If she returns the rug we will rewrite the refund check for $96.13
