I had the right date written down but the wrong day of the week for our semi-annual ac/heater checkup When Jon called I was all the way across town but he worked around my schedule and showed up after I finally returned home so I wouldnt have to reschedule for another date Jon was thorough, professional and did a complete cleanup upon completion Highly recommend him for the job

I was already having extensive HVAC work done by American Mechanical when there was noted a plumbing leak, the present workers called their plumbing section and scheduled a next morning appointment for me to handle this quicklyEarly the next morning Rich Pcame and was so very nice, he saw the problem, saw my house and all the other work I was having, called his manager and they were nice enough to give me a discount on the plumbing He also promptly handled the leak, stayed to test the pipes and glanced over the other pipes while exposed and no other leaks presentThank you so much Rich, I really appreciate your efforts
