I needed a plumber for my toilet and kitchen drain and I saw good reviews for American MechanicalI was given a hour window of when the plumber would be at the house Chuck called and arrived within the time frame Chuck assessed the situation and gave me a quote, which was reasonable He was professional and took care of fixing the problems in a timely manner I will definitely use them in the future

I have dealt with American Mechanical for several years and the reason is that they have knowledgeable staff, they are polite and keep me informed (lack of which is why I switched companies years ago) and I have always received top notch service

This was a callback after first service call didn't fully address problem American Mechanical sent a technician who found the issue and true to their guarantee, they only charged for the part, no additional travel or labor charges Then the tech, Steve B, took the time to explain what to look for in the event something goes wrong with the system in the future, and then he re-inspected the system for any other issues Finding none, he wiped down the system which should make it easier to spot any oil leaks in the future

I have had American Mechanical service my generator for several years Tim came out today to service it It was the first time having him service it He was so friendly and did a wonderful job as I have had in the past Customer service at this company is superb On a rating of Tim for his service it would be stars with being the highest I highly recommend this company

Ive used American Mechanical for years to do maintenance on my generator They are always punctual, nice and through Today I had my annual maintenance, he spent over an hour cleaning, replaced spark plugs, oil and filter and much more Im always surprised at how reasonable the cost is

He was very informative and knowledgeable and helpful Bobby and Andrew answered all my questions They were very courteous and polite I would choose them again in the future
