I was charged for services not rendered. Additionally, the price
charged was not the price quoted initially. I never
signed a contract with this company. They falsely
represent their services and are extremely unprofessional

As stated by numerous others, this company is dishonest. They posted my vehicle for shipping on Central Dispatch without my permission. Numerous calls and messages have been sent asking them to remove my vehicle as it was put there without my permission.
The person I spoke to identifies himself as a "dispatcher" but did not give his name. He refused to take my vehicle down, even when asked directly to do so.
Don't even consider doing business with this company. I'm still in the middle of trying to get them to undo what they've done without permission.

A bunch of thieves. I gave them a !00.00 deposit. They did not transport my vehicle. When I asked for my deposit back they refused. They also have a F rating with the Revdex.com.

It was agreed on September 26 (got email confirmation) that my vehicle would be picked by on by 9/30 from Connecticut and be here in Los Angeles by Saturday, October 5. The driver and company would not communicate with my mother who has my car. the driver did not pick up my car until October 2nd at 8pm EST.

I called American Premium to get the drivers number since they don't update me and the driver says he won't be here until Monday (October 7)! All calls are recorded at this company and American Premium took $150 ( from me on the 26th and confirmed the driver would pick up my car by 9/30 and my car would be in Los Angeles on October 5. Now this is costing me MORE money as I had the car rental arranged until tomorrow. Now I have to extend it.

This was my first time using an auto transport service. I had about 10 different companies trying to compete for the job. American told me they had their own fleet of drivers versus the competition all use a central board for the drivers. That wasn't true. I called to cancel and immediately was treated with disrespect and hung up on 4 times in a row before I could get a word in. They cancelled my order they said and would refuse to pull it off the board so I couldn't get another company to help me instead. Do not use this service! I was told I was the rude one and hung up on. When all I wanted was my car info removed

Scott a broker for this company gives the customer false information regarding how your vehicle will be transported. I was told my car would be delivered in 3 days from R.I. to Florida and it arrived in Monday. Also there is no communication between driver and broker so a misunderstanding of payment was in dispute when car was dropped off. Driver was told COD and I was told by Scott my payment was charged to my credit card. Very shady. Need to get everything in writing, no verbal agreements

I spoke with Jay C when I hired the company from FL to transport my cars to AZ, he was informed that I will not be at the location where cars are being dropped off, he was informed that I had to rent a Van to drive and that I will be in AZ location week or even more so later since I traveled with my disabled sister. Cars were delivered, not inspected or even a bill of landing was not signed by anyone. They dropped the cars off and left.
When I arrived 10 days after in AZ, week later after I rest up I got in my Lexus and immediately new something is wrong with my Lexus they delivered. I contacted Jay C the sales man, and received a very ugly letter from him that, I did not contact them in time, and the bill of landing was signed on delivery so what ever was wrong with the car is not his problem. I emailed him 3x since and no respond. I reported issue with my car the moment I knew something is wrong, but sales man just won't return my car or will respond to my emails. I pointed out to him that nobody signed bill of landing, nobody inspected any cars, or drove them on delivery. I have tried working with company to fix the issues with my Lexus, it is not drive-able it makes very loud sounds as though bottom of the Lexus has been damage, and company is refusing to take responsibility even when they assured me that the cars are insured up to 100,000k thousand if something goes wrong. I would like the company to take ownership of wrong doing and miss representing, false sales tacking, false promises and guarantee on my vehicle. Company reassured me not to worry about my car, and that they will take full responsibility if something is wrong with vehicles on delivery. They failed to stand by there contract, there promise and take responsibility. My car is sitting in parking lot now, after paying close to 2000,00$ for delivery of 2 cars. No bill of landing was singed, no body is returning my calls, nobody has stepped up from company to resolve the issue.

Absolutely Disgusting and Sleazy Company! Do NOT use. I called to tell them to REMOVE me from the national board because their price was high and outrageous and I found a reputable company to ship my auto across the country. They gave me the run around and wouldn't answer my calls or emails so I called and was upset at that point on a weekday and spoke with a man at the company who cursed me out and called me every name in the book. The people that run this company are s*** bs just wanting your money and don't give a crap about their customers.

Dishonest. Scammers. Claimed I did not have complete information on the vehicle. They need to get all of the information upfront, not use it as an excuse not to pick up the vehicle. The manager named Tom was extremely rude. He will talk over you when he knows he is wrong. Frauded me out of $100. Their website clearly says "you don’t have to pay any deposit, you don’t have to pay anything until the car is picked up". The car was never picked up, no matter how many people they "sent".

Sleazy!
Salesperson called me (after I gave out my contact information to a shipping broker- whoooops!). Talked over me, was extremely rude and hostile, and got defensive when I explained I was in the early stages of shopping around. Yuck!

I booked with this company to ship a vehicle and was advised that I would not be charged until the vehicle was shipped. The company did not follow through on their end and find someone to ship my vehicle on the date they agreed to so I canceled the order and shortly afterwards the company charged me $125. I have an email from the company that says they do not charge until the vehicle is picked up. My bank refunded the fee when the company refused to. A few months later they charged me $125 again. My bank refunded the amount and then deducted it from my account again when this company committed fraud by lying and advising my bank that they shipped my vehicle. I have proof and emails between myself and this company showing they never shipped my vehicle and I have proof that the vehicle was driven to the destination instead of me having it shipped. This company has fraudulent practices and they have stolen $125 from me.

I have purchased almost 15 cars online in the past 3 years and have used aways American Premium Logisitcs.their staff and personel are grate, really good costumer service, absolutely exceeded my expectations at a similar price to the other firms. I'm a customer for life! My vehicle was delivered halfway across the country in a week. THANK YOU GUYS!!

I requested to transport my BMW from CA to WA in such a hurry. This company promised (provided my credit card information; $150 upon driver gets assigned and rest in case upon delivery) that I will be gettig a call from the driver and get it picked up by next day but I was not getting any call from them or the driver. I tried to call the number that was provide in the email and noone answered, left a message and noone called. i've called almost 50 times with three different nubmers but still no response. I looked up this company at the Revdex.com and I knew I was in a business with wrong company. I already cancelled my card on file and trying to cancel this service with American Premium Logistics and there is no way of getting contacted with anyone from this company. I would not recommend anybody doing business with this company to transport auto or anything else. I am 100% sure this company knows that why I have been calling and decided not to respond becasue they have not found a driver for my vehicle. Once again this is the worst customer service I ever had EVER! Please do not waste your time wih this company like I am

I had a similar experience as someone else on here. They sent me a quote for $500 total cost to transfer our truck ($150 upfront and $350 upon delivery). When the driver called to arrange for the drop off he said he was contracted to be payed $500. I called american premium logistics to figure what the confusion was. They told me to pay the driver the $500 and I would be refunded the $150 to my card. I never received the refund. I have called them several times over the last couple months to try to get my money back and they just kept stringing me along. The first time I called they told me the money has already been transferred back to my card on there end and it should show up within a week in my account. 2nd time I called they said the same thing. I suppose they figured I didn't have the patience to check my account after a week to make sure they refunded me. Now thwork response is "let's see what happened throughout the process," and I haven't heard anything from them for 2 weeks. Clearly they lied to me when they said they had refunded my $150 when I first called.
Do not use them. They might seem affordable at first, but with the way they are handling this situation, I wouldn't trust them. I wouldn't be upset or leavinf this review if they had just refunded my $150, but I have wasted hours trying to deal with them to get my money back and got nowhere with that. Also, I NEVER leave reviews for anything-this is my first ever so that should say something about how bad my experience was. I didn't even get into how hard it was to nail down a pick up date, but that alone wouldn't have warranted me leaving this review.

I made a request for quotation for transport of a vehicle. Quote was provided, and not acceted. The vehicle has been moved. I continue to receive texts from the company. I asked to be removed from the list, and was assured that texts would stop. The texting continues. I call to complain, and was hung up on.

There's a lot more to this story than just 2,000 characters, as I found out the hard way. The Abridged version is I was given the runaround by this company on more than one occasion and decided to go with another Transport company to ship my ATV. After having them not honor the original quote and up-charge me twice on the delivery, they sent a truck to pick up the ATV without my consent and after I had already talked to accounting about a refund that they refused to give me. I did not want them putting the bid out for this pickup as I had already paid and promised another company to pick up (after I had dealt with this company). I don't feel I'm responsible for this COD charge but I'm left with no choice because they are threatening to hold the ATV that I had purchased. I'm now out shipping cost for more than the ATV is worth. Because I have already contracted *** tr***rt, I am out that electronic wire that I sent them to ACTUALLY carry out the pickup. . I can furnish that upon request. I never gave my permission to have this company pick up my ATV after the second failed attempt (on THEIR END) and feel I should be refunded what the driver is holding my ATV for ($800)

We hired this company to transport my daughter's car (my daughter is a service member in the US Navy) from *** to ***. We specified dates for the pickup and delivery of the vehicle. The dates were agreed upon and so was the price. The initial price was raised once we decided to hire this company and without our knowledge the dates of delivery were changed. We specifically told this company that my daughter had to report to work on Monday, October 22, 2018 and they promised that the vehicle would be delivered on Saturday, October 20, 2018. We have tried to call this company numerous times since the contract was agreed upon and they were very unprofessional in the handling of this matter. They did not return calls or give explanations as to why the delivery date was changed. When someone finally did answer the telephone on October 18, 2018, they promised to call me back with the information on the expected delivery date for the vehicle. My call was never returned. I finally got in touch with the transporter (***.) of the vehicle and he informed me that American Premium did not give them the dates of delivery that were specified. Due to this negligence, my daughter now has to try and obtain a rental car to make sure that she can report to work on time. We explained that she was a service member and there's little flexibility in her schedule and that the car needed to be there on the specified date.

The whole experience with this broker has caused a lot of undue stress and it has inconvenienced my daughter as she arrives to her new duty station today, October 19, 2018 and she won't have her car until possibly Saturday, October 27, 2018 which is a week later than expected. This has caused an extra expense for her and I feel that it was not necessary. I don't feel that this company was honest in it's business practices. I would also like for them to pay for the costs of her rental car or adjust the bill.

I along with my daughter employed the service of this company to transport a vehicle from Lompoc, Cal to ***. Initially there was contact with the company until the deposit of $150.00 was paid. After that there was very limited conversation from the company. The vehicle was picked up after about 7 days, after pickup could not get driver to give continual contact as to when vehicle would arrive. When vehicle actually arrived it was damaged to the amount of 9,000.00 dollars, the whole roof to include the sunroof is destroyed. Contacted American Premium Logistics who stayed it was a matter for the transportation company as they are the broker even though they advertise insurance liability in these transport cases. They put us in contact with someone known only as Steve who stated their insurance would only pay $1500.00 and that the driver has insurance and should be liable; however we cannot contact the driver, who brought the vehicle under cover of darknywhen it could not be inspected for the damage and never stated it had been damaged. We could not get the driver known only as Mike to call us or pick up the phone! We found a body shop to repair for $2600. and texted this information to American premium logistics and to Steve who I believe is one and the same with negative response so we have an extremely damaged vehicle! No one should be subject to this sham of a business. This vehicle was left to my daughter by her deceased father through his estate. Everyone should be forewarned about these rip-off artists!

Dishonest - promised a delivery date and a price, then missed the date, was slow to respond, and ultimately raised the price. I canceled because of the date change, difficulty to contact, and ultimately the price increase of $250. They refused to send back my deposit of $150 and i'm having to file a claim w/ my card company. Do not use these people, find someone trustworthy. They're just a broker trying to rake in $ in a questionable fashion.

In July, my husband arranged for a vehicle to be transported from *** to *** We were promised a pickup date of August 2 and a $100 deposit was charged to our card. No pickup occurred on August 2nd. We called on August 3rd and were told that they were working on it and would call us back. No return call. We called back on August 6th, and was told that pickup would occur that day, between 4-6pm. No pickup occurred. I spoke that afternoon with "Tommy" who said he would call back within the hour. I called back after an hour and Tommy had gone home. Spoke with Jason C and indicated that I would like to probably just cancel the order, get a refund, and we'll call it even. Jason assured me that he could get a driver. We arranged for me to call back the next morning, August 7th at 8am. I did, and Jason wasn't there. Spoke with Tommy, who indicated that NOW, pickup was scheduled for that day at 930-945am. I left a message for Jason and still have not heard back. No pickup occurred, the company is still in possession of our $100 and now we can't get anyone to answer our calls. We have filed a complaint with the State Attorney General and are filing a dispute with our credit card compny.
