worst shipping company ever!!!

Stay Away from these Theives
I put out a request to have a vehicle I purchased in Colorado transported to my state of residency, North Carolina. After talking to APL, Ms Sussie C send me a quote and guaranteed the price would not change and the vehicle would be picked up on the date I needed the vehicle picked up. That date was the 28th of June 2018. I was told that I would be contacted on the 27th of June, 2018 to confirm the pick up of the vehicle and to provide me with the drivers information who would be picking up my vehicle. The Driver’s information was to include the drivers name and phone number After not hearing from them by 3:00 pm EST on the 27th, I decided to give them a call. I was told someone would call me back. A dispatcher called me to inform me that they was a bit of a problem and that the driver wanted $60 more dollars than previously agreed upon. I reminded them that was not part of the agreement and that I did not agree to the extra last minute charge. They tried to pressure me into paying the extra money which I reinstated that I was not going to do. I was then told someone would call me back. They did not call. I reached out after waiting but no one answered. After this back and forth and lack of professionalism I decided I would not be doing business with them. I sent Ms C and email informing her about my decision on June 28th 2018 which was the day the vehicle was supposed to be picked up. I was then told by Ms C it would not be $60 more, it would only be $50 more. I again told her that I would not be doing business with her company. She then transferred me to the dispatch department mid sentence without warning nor explanation. The dispatch department asked what they could do for me and I informed him that I had no idea why I had been transferred to him. He then told me I had been charged wo I might as well use the service. Then he stated he would transfer me yet again to Ms C. When I was transferred to who I believe was Ms C given it sounded exactly like her, the lady on the phone identified herself as “Maria the manager”. She became very hostile when I told her I would not be needed her services. Then proceeded to yell at me once I demanded she refund the money they charged and after she was done yelling she simply hung up. This company is a scam and is simply set to gain money via lies and deceit. They are ridding out the amount of times they get charge backs and when they reach the limit, they will close and open up under another name. Its business like American Premium Logistics that make the car transport industry a shady business.

This company claimed to ship our car to our home in 3-4 weeks. It is currently still sitting in California (it’s been over a month) because they claim they cannot find a driver for almost a month. They quoted us an $800 delivery fee which is now $1000 if we want our vehicle. They’re incredibly hard to work with, do not communicate, aren’t particularly helpful in any situation. We shipped the car in May, it’s almost July and still no vehicle with no indication of when we will be receiving it. If they knew that it would be hard to find a driver to deliver our vehicle to our house, WHY would they accept it?

I went to get a quote to ship my new truck online. I then get bombarded with emails, texts, and repeated phone calls even after I dump mike to voicemail. I texted back and informed him I was in a meeting and that blowing up my phone is not the way to earn my business. And he’s response was quite extreme saying that after my text he wouldn’t do it for $2,000 and was quite rude.

APL IS A FRAUD COMPANY BUILT UPON LIES, DECEIT, AND IMAGINATIVE FABRICATIONS! THEY DO NOT DESERVE ANY OF YOUR MONEY!
I can’t begin to express how I displeased I am with your company and the lies I was told of why my car was not being picked up. I placed the order on April 4, 2018 with an expected pick up date of April 27, 2018. After waiting for the 3 hour window (1-4 pm), the car was not picked up on Friday, April 27. Tom told me the driver was stuck in Miami doing “paper work.” I was assured it would be picked up the next day, Saturday, between 4-5 pm. I spent the next day waiting around for a driver who was never coming. I had to call the company numerous times and never once received a call back when they said they would. I was told the driver could not pick up the car on Saturday because "Tom was in the hospital because of a bike accident” and “because the driver could not drop off 4 cars in Miami” and “he will be coming your way shortly, he is just behind schedule." I asked for the driver’s name and phone number to verify and was told "we don’t give out driver information until pickup." This was the last thing I was told on Saturday night.
Sunday, April 29, 2018. No phone calls were answered no one could be reached even though you say you have a 24/7 chat available.
After waiting 3 days to have my car shipped, I was “guaranteed” the driver would be arriving on Monday, April 30th between 2-5 pm. After making several calls between 2-6 pm to receive updates about the driver’s whereabouts, I was told by Scott, (head of dispatch) "he was not able to come because he was still in Miami at a storage unit waiting for payment for cars dropped off.” Was this the same driver who had “paperwork” to finish Friday? And the same driver who “could not drop off 4 cars in Miami” on Saturday?” And the same driver that “was at a storage unit waiting for payment" on Monday? Once again I was told they would contact he driver and call me back with his update. No call back.
Tuesday, May 1 I called at 8:30 am giving your company one last chance to fix all the lies and was told my order was “cancelled by Mike.” I have never talked to a “Mike” and certainly did not cancel my order.
