American Transport

I needed my vehicle transported from Venice, Fl to Massachusetts this springI found American transport after talking with my old company who no longer does the Florida runs to New England transportI made contact with Jim and he explained how it works with his company that all the trucks come back to Worcester, Mass to his terminal and he drops them off through New EnglandThe reason is because these trucks are too big to move in/out of the city streets and fuel cost for these trucks are very highAnyways, my vehicle was picked up April 24th and needed to be back by May 1stMy daughter in law advised that the vehicle was dropped of May 29th by Jim and parked in the drivewayShe advised Jim kept in touch with her the whole way and found the house no problem in Springfield, MassI would be using American Transport again in the fall

I contacted American Transport after I found the company on the internetActually, I searched a lot of companies but he was only a few that were Revdex.com membersI was only minutes from the terminal so decided to drive there and save dollarsJim met me at his terminal and talked to him about the transportEverything worked out great the car left the terminal about days later and we got it in Naples, fl about days later as my wife received the vehicleI will be using American Transpo.rt in the spring

I was suppose to have my car picked up by a company I have used last yearThey were suppose to pick up on Nov28thI waited until Nov 30th and still no truckI contacted Jim on Nov 30th and he advised that he could get it on Dec 1st as he was going to get some snowbirds in New Hampshire and would be passing by Lowell,mass on his wayJim came on Dec 1st and parked his truck on the street in front of my condoIn talking with Jim he advised that the company that was suppose to pick up car was probably only a broker and couldn't find a carrier to take itThe car was shipped the next day and arrived in Punta Gorda, Fl in daysI'm glad I found Jim at American transport and will use him in the spring

I hired American Transport to Ship my Honda Civic to Mass. I was in Florida and had some medical issue that needed to be address in Mass. In talking with Jim, I told him I was going to [redacted] in Boston flying in and going straight to the hospital, therefore, getting my car would be an issue. Jim explained to me that he had a terminal/office in Worcester, mass and could leave the car there until I could get it. I went about 3 days later and got the car no problem, Jim was out picking up cars and didn't get a chance to talk to him. The pick up was great everything worked out fine. Everything worked out great

I used American transport after my mother shipped her car down in Oct. for the snowbird season. The vehicle was picked up in Hull, Mass on a Sunday afternoon to avoid traffic during the week. Jim got the vehicle on time and took it back to his terminal in Worcester, Mass American Transport dropped the vehicle off in Boca Raton, Fl. and everything worked out great. We will both be using American Transport in the spring and the future to ship our car. Jim was right on the ball on pickup and always answer his phone.

I need my vehicle transported from Concord, New Hampshire to Ft Myers, fl. I sent a request to American transport via e-mail and a couple of other companies. I decided to go with American transport for a couple of reasons. They had their own trucks and terminals in Florida. Jim told me he could meet me at the Irving truck stop in Bow,New Hampshire at route 89/93 as he drops off new cars right next door. The car was shipped in 2 days and we got the vehicle from the terminal in 4 days. He advised that it usually takes 4-8 days during the summer.

Having never had the need to tranpsort a car, I was a bit overwhelmed with trying to figure it all out. Jim's website was full of valuable information and made my decision making so much easier. Jim always answered his phone himself and he responded quickly to my emails and texts as well. Although my car was dirty from the ride, it arrived in fabulous condition. The truck driver was very accomodating and kept me informed of his arrival time. I would not hesitate using American Transport again, and I would highly recommend him to anyone needing transport assistance.

I need my parents car transported to florida for the winter. After searching the internet and getting quotes from several companies I decided to go with Jim at American Transport. I was in [redacted] N.H. and needed the vehicle transported to [redacted] FL Jim explained to me that he usually meets people at the [redacted] parking lot in [redacted] N.H as it is a big lot and close to the highway. I met with Jim on a Tuesday and the vehicle was held at his terminal in Worcester for a couple of days as my parents were not going to be there until the week after. My parents arrived and the car was dropped off two days later. Everything went great.

Jim dropped the vehicle at my daughter's house so the car would be there when I got home. Everything worked out great the driver was one day late but that was ok. Jim was always around to answer my questions and take my calls.

I will be using American Transpo.rt in the spring

I contacted American Transport as the carrier I used from New Hampshire went out of business and never told his customers. I explain to Jim that my car was in Billercia, mass at my husband work place. Jim then advised that he had a truck leaving over the weekend and will have it in 4 or 5 days. Jim picked the vehicle and the car made it to Bonita Springs, Florida in 4 days. Jim was great and it was a big GMC Acadia which cost more money to ship. I'm glad I found American Transport

I have used Jim the last 3 years. He comes to East Hartford, Ct to get my vehicle and ships it to Florida. I usually get it a day or 2 after I arrive at his terminal in St Petersburg, Fl. This year I decided to door to door service. Jim is always on time and calls me a hour before he arrives. I'm down here for the season now and have no worries about shipping my car back in the spring. Jim was great.
